HORRIBLE! Told KRISTI to TRIM my sons hair, she completely Chopped it OFF! She was very cavalier about it and said oh, you wanted to keep the length?! Duh, isn’t that what a TRIM means??? She also put LAYERS in it! We didn’t ask for layers OR a different style, we asked for a TRIM!!! We got two free haircuts for this, but that doesn’t change the butcher job she did and the two free cuts are worthless as we will NEVER go back! All I have now is an upset kid because KRISTI didn’t do her job and listen to what was WANTED! See pics posted… Terrible

Took my daughter in for a slight a-line with the hair stacked in the back. The back is choppy and not well blended at all. Not pleased.

Refused to cut my almost 2 year olds hair. I let them know he gets scared so I wanted to sit with him on my lap, but they said if he thrashes his head or body around at all, they would discontinue the haircut immediately. They are apparently not allowed to cut the hair of an upset child due to «safety and liability reasons.» The way the guy was talking was like I was asking THEM to physically restrain my son. I clarified over and over that I wanted to just sit him on my lap and hold him but was still refused. I think he just didn’t want to cut toddler hair. Cookie Cutters it is.

Went here cause it didn’t have a long wait time, staff was SUPER friendly. Great haircut. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely go back. As for the kid issue, at least they didn’t want to cut a scared child, as someone who has had to get stitches for a cut from a scissor kudos to that person for not wanting to traumatized your child any further than restraining them and forcing them to get the haircut would have to begin with.
