I been coming to Nikki for about six months. I’ve tinted/​waxed my eyebrows, dyed my hair a couple times and lashes. I love that she takes the time to do my lashes and NEVER disappoints me. Prices are reasonable and it’s a fun and welcoming environment!

Love Nikki. She does a great job at coloring and understanding what hue of that color is going to look best with your skin tone. Not to mention that she is a doll as well. I have had many people mess up my hair and leave it irreparable.
Pricing is always fair for what you are getting and a it is a cute environment.

Got a Groupon for 39 $ while I was up in salt lake. Called multiple time but there was never any answer. I had to go to the salon to find out that the only person who could fulfill my Groupon was gone for another week. Why would they have a Groupon up if they couldn’t fulfill it?

I came across a Groupon for $ 39 for a cut, color and style with a disclaimer that longer hair will be extra. No biggie, I completely understand that. I just wish the amount could have been disclosed when I had asked, because I ended up paying $ 30 extra for only one additional bowl of color after the services were done, and she didn’t even have enough time to style my hair.
Another issue I had with my stylist, Nikki, was I had been pretty specific on the color I wanted and let her know I’ve had some issues in the past of it turning out a warmer shade then I prefer. She assured me if it didn’t come out as requested, I could come back in to get it toned down to a cooler shade. That was fine with me, because having naturally black hair, I understand it takes time to get it to lighten. Well, the color came out a much more orange shade 3 inches from my roots down so I scheduled another appointment for a couple days later. Nikki called me and left a message the day of my next appointment saying she had accidentally overbooked herself. When I called her back, she didn’t answer so I left a message and she never has gotten back to me.
Definitely not cool or professional. Don’t waste your time with this salon, especially Nikki.
