You’ll drive right by this place if you’re not familiar with where it is. At least that’s what I did. But in the complex of stores and strips that is Jordan Landing, it’s nestled there in a little retail space just off of 7800. The sign is covered by trees, for the most part, so turn in before the light, otherwise you have to circle back to the east end of the development. Once inside, it’s pretty much your standard FedEx Office. There’s the shipping part, the copying part, and the supplies. The staff here was kind and friendly and although it was a quick stop and not too distinguishable from other FedEx locations, it’s a convenient place to have one of these on the west side.

I use fedex a lot for my job because I travel quite a bit and this is by far the friendliest and best run office I have ever been to. The lady working this morning(1÷7÷15) went out of her way to help. Top notch!

This is an interesting place. The best experiences I’ve had here are when I already had all my stuff prepared and all I had to do was package and ship or just bind a book. When I’ve got larger projects, it feels like my time is sucked away by sometimes working machines and small, slow computers. So my recommendation is to only come here to do small things. Shipping is much more expensive through FedEx than it is the regular post office, especially to another country. A small package to Germany from FedEx was going to cost me $ 100+. I then took it to the post office and it only cost $ 20-$ 25. The employees here try hard to be friendly and courteous, but they seem really worn out and tired and it always seems like there’s someone new there(high turnover?). I dunno’, it doesn’t seem like the best place to work. I recently had them do some book bindings for me, and they did a quick, professional job of it.
