I would not recommend this spa to anyone. The owner of the spa did my nails and it took her 3 hours… after the painfully long service i spent $ 60 on i had to go back 4 days later because all of my nails had broken and chipped. 4DAYSAFTERSHEPUTTHEMON. Then they refused to give me my money back for the awful job they did and only offered a credit of $ 50. Not the full $ 60! Never ever ever going here again. By far the most unprofessional, unsatisfactory spa i have EVER been to. DO. NOT. GO. I really wish I would have read the reviews before I went.

PISSEDOFFHUSBAND: Well…all I can say is I gave my wife a spa day as a Christmas present and so far this place has done nothing but totally screw that up. What kind of spa plays music that has commercials during your treatment??? I have heard nothing but awful things about this place from her since she got home. Thanks for ruining an awesome Christmas present!

A very nice lady did my pedicure but the foot tub was dusty and she did not rise it out before filling it up and put my feet in it. I did not find it to be very clean, which is important to me. I think if they could clean the place up and maybe wipe down their bottles, supplies, seats, and cup holders it would help a lot. Besides the fact the lady was nice I would not pay to go there I only went because I had a gift card. I like my $ 20 place near my house much better than this place sadly, and way over priced for what they offered.

I scheduled a massage online for three hours later. It was easy to find and they have very nearby parking. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and complimented me on my outfit. They took me to the back for a «15-minute» foot soak. It actually took closer to about 40 minutes. My feet were pruny by the time the massage therapist finally came to get me. However, this was the only low point. The massage rooms are clean and comfortable and their ambient music choice is great. My massage therapist was adorable and spoke in soft tones and made me feel very comfortable. Not to mention that she’s great at what she does. I left an hour later feeling rested and invigorated. Will definitely be going back!

I reluctantly made an appointment here for my sister in law and myself for pedicures for her birthday but only because Salon Dante couldn’t fit us in. Bad planning on my part. My technician was 15 minutes late and when she finally did arrive she complained about her life the whole time AND she cut me. Not a very relaxing pedicure to say the least. My sister in law had a fine experience which was what was most important but I wouldn’t go back if you paid me. The prices ran close to what Salon Dante runs but don’t even come close to the type of service they have to offer. I will NEVER go back.

My massage therapist did a great job. I had a lot of knots and he really did his best to work it out. They rooms are downstairs and sometimes you can hear chatter outside the room. I got a 90 minute massage — deep tissue and it was great. The staff was really nice. The area where they have you soak your feet needs some attention. Cushions have holes in them and it didn’t match the vibe they were putting out there. Anyways, we scheduled for a follow up visit next month!

The cardinal sin of massages is stopping before the time is up. My wife and I went to this spa on our anniversary a few nights ago. The staff was friendly and the massage was good… but they stopped after 45 minutes(we paid for a 60 minute massage) We brought it up to the receptionist when we went to pay and she didn’t quite know what to say«Oh…I’m not sure when they start the clock… when you get in the room? When they start the foot bath? I’m not sure… that’ll be $ 135 please». It’s beyond frustrating to look forward to a massage for months and then get short changed 15 minutes. It doesn’t matter how good the massage is, I won’t return to a place that does that.

While the ladies there are all licensed(their credentials are proudly on display) they aren’t very good at what they do. I went with a large group of people for manicures and pedicures and they all seemed confused on what they were doing and did very sloppy jobs. They’re nice people, just not very good. Not worth the money.

Cute spa in a great location. I think that this is an undiscovered gem. Located in the Gardner Village, it has the same quaint charm. I went on witches night out! This is a must do! The place was swarming with women and men dressed up as witches! Cottage Retreat was doing with make overs, witch nails, pedicures, massages, the whole thing and they were offering mini services! So fun! This is a place to check out and in October definitely check out Witches night out!
