I own a property management company and we manage hundreds of properties. When any one of them has an hvac issue we call Boulard first. We have been using Boulard Heating & Air for 8 years now. They have a fast response time, fair pricing, and great overall service. These guys care about their clients and do a great job.

First, I know Jarrod C that gave the bad review. I worked for him for a total of 6 years. Because he has always had subordinates take care of things such as service calls, and I know his short temper, I’m quite sure he never gave Boulard a chance to even speak. We never had a problem with their service before Jarrod fired the majority of his employees for erroneous and impulsive reasons. I remember Boulard always being nothing short of professional and fair. I’ve had them come to my home a few times as well. They were thorough, fair and honest and even took the time to show me the problem. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.
