Real simple… completely no showed, twice.
Booked once, the didnt call and didnt show, when i spoke with them they said «this never ever happens» booked again for the next morning, the manager assured me that someone would call in the morning. We received no call and were told that they wouldn’t be able to come that day because we weren’t on the technicians schedule.
I asked them what, if they were in my position, would they do? They said «hire another company»…You got it!
