These people are psychotic and evil. They sell cheesy shit and prance around their parking lot screaming profanities at the neighboring businesses while dressed in their über goth wanna-​be Marilyn Manson faux leather body suits. Avoid at all costs. They’re all drugs and looking for a fight.

Lady J, Ms Gerard… a woman with history in our local streets. She is in touch with real life… She is a true artist using the curves of the human body as her canvas.
Passionate, about the real aspects of life. She is a designer who never seems to get lost in the egocentric world of fashion. Not, by a long shot.
I wish she was more well known, like the Micheal Kors & Issac Misrah’s so often seen on TV.
She has so much more to say, and could be the ambassador between the two worlds of fashion and real living!
She uses animal friendly fabrics, she designs for every and can design for any size. She is aware, concious of our local dilemas, as of right now, it is the So Cal Water shortage.
I met her over two years ago, and I saw her again yeserday, She remains strong, beautiful and growing,
Her Couture Studio is Creative, Unique, and there is a feeling, when you touch the fabrics and look at the lines, that this is wearable art!
It is also, affordable while remaining relevant!

If you are EVER in Los Angeles, make the trip to the upper end of Melrose, Past the vintage clothing stores, and tatoo parlors and pop in.
By the way, her new salon is gorgeous… Great Open Feeling… and a great display of wearable fashion… lovely staff, too.

Super unique store with a really fun vibe. The clothes are amazing and the designer, Lady J, customized and tailored the jacket I bought exactly how I wanted it! The people were really helpful and there was even an astrologist (kinda random but cool) there who gave me a reading while I sipped my red wine. They also play really good music in the store. Good ol’ Motown which took me right back to my childhood days when my dad would play his Motown records and I’d dance all around. I’d definitely go check this place out if ur shopping in the melrose area. The store is HUGE and everything in there is definitely one of a kind. I’ve only been to this store twice and both times I recognized a celebrity shopping around. Very rock n roll to say the least. Awesome store and I LOVE my new jacket!
