Middle of June I had my appointment .
Still waiting to hear about results of labs .
No one seems to call back .
And yes, the lab made an error… That was over three weeks ago. The new results are in and I’ve waited to hear if I need to be seen, but no one seems to care enough to call one way or another .
Sorry, doctor is nice enough but that doesn’t heal people nor does that tell people that they don’t have anything to worry about .
Good communication does — sorely lacking in my opinion.

Dr. Firooz was thoughtful in her approach and very approachable with my concerns. Don’t let her youthful appearance full you, she’s get the pedigree to work anywhere, and it shows in her excellent services. I never thought I’d need a rheumatologist (it’s still hard to admit, frankly), but I’m glad I was referred to Dr. Firooz.
