This place is awful this is my second time coming here and both time we’re not up to par. I thought I’d give them a second chance. This time I had gel nails and a pedicure and the gel started to peal off after the 3 day. the lady who did my pedicure cut my nails so short that she couldn’t even make them even when I asked her to file them down and make them even not cut them. When I went back in to show them the man told me that was the way the gel worked. After I proceeded to tell him the I get gels almost every 2 weeks and that that was not acceptable he said he would fix 1 nail. It was completely ridiculous and he was so rude. I would not recommend this pace to anyone who takes pride in their nails looking good. Horrible customer service and awful work! If you care about you nails take your business elsewhere. was

I love this place!!! I was sent here with a gift certificate. Ive been going back ever since. I go in during my lunch, they’re fast and my nails always look amazing, it’s perfect. I’ve been to every one of them and they’re all great. It’s clean and they have spa chairs, And the prices are dope too!

Having recently undergone surgery, I was treating myself to one of my favorite lunches at Gandhi, when I noticed this nail salon. I thought, I could use a pedicure treat as well, as it’s not possible for me to do my own toe nails at this time. I stuck my head in and asked how much. $ 17 for a pedicure. Sounded good to me. Had my lunch, then the pedicure. It’s been 8 days and my nails still look great. Thank you.

I came in tonight for a pedicure and they took me right away. I had Julie who was a sweetheart! She not only was amazing but she didn’t pressure me into any services. Her massage was amazing and she was super friendly! I’ll definitely be returning! Very enjoyable :)

Booked an appointment @ 4:00 p.m. for a Brazilian & lip wax. This was my first time at this salon & getting a Brazilian so I was a bit nervous. But everything turned out great
I was greeted at the door upon arriving & was told that my app was moved to 4:30 p.m. which was fine given my schedule. After sitting for 15 min. I was instructed to go to the back. A lady told me to relax, use the restroom, etc. before they started. Sitting in the room alone made me even more nervous but the esthetician arrived within 10 minutes.
Both procedures were done in 30 minutes. She talked to me during & checked in between to ask about the wax temperature and if I was ok. Brazilian wax was a (4) on a scale from 1 – 10 on pain.
Would definitely come again!

Tried this nail salon for the first time was impressed. Very friendly, nice, clean atmosphere. I got my acrylics done came out beautiful. But unfortunately one broke the next day cause of work. Went back a few days later to have fixed and didn’t charge me. Very happy. I will be coming back more.

The absolute best! Anna and Julie are such sweeties!!! I love coming here and they do a fantastic job! Super friendly and my nails always look amazing!!! I’ve been getting gel manicures for a while now and I’m amazed how careful they are at removing the gel, my nails are still so strong. Prices are very fair, parking is super easy. Best to call ahead for an appointment fri-​sun. I enjoy going weekdays midday.

The owners of First Lady Nails are so sweet. They’re always greeting you with a SMILE ON THIER FACES. And… «Anna gives the best pedi/​massage hands down» Also I came in with a picture of the way I wanted my nails to be designed and without a doubt the ladies did them just how I wanted!

This place is a little gem for gel manicures, pedicures and eye brow/​face waxing. The place is clean and nice, ample parking and the staff is very accommodating. It’s a small place so it pays to call ahead but they do a great job and work very hard. They also have LED lights for gel manicures which is much healthier than the UV lights. The massage chairs are a bit dated but that’s not as important as their quality of work which is very high.

Great place to get your nails and eyebrows done at. The owner Andy and Julie is always happy to see you and will always find time for you. Originally they were located at Sherman Way and Shoup. I’m so happy I found their new location.

New owners, new massage chairs, new paint. Super clean and the people could not be nicer! Had a great pedicure for a very reasonable price. They really took their time, I did not feel rushed at all. I like this place especially because it smells good and clean. Most nail places smell like chemicals and I can’t even walk in with my allergies, but this place smells fresh and I totally appreciate that! I will be a loyal
customer.
