Kim’s Nails

This place may not be the nicest looking, but has the nicest people. I have been going here for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. Kim is incredible and does such an amazing job super quickly. Plus, the prices are exceptional for a nail salon in LA — 20 $ for a full set of acrylics and 15 for a fill, plus they are humble and don’t even expect tip although they all deserve it! I love this place and recommend it 100%.

Great quality manicures. But the shop is not clean… I have never been to a dirtier nail salon. If they were as clean as they should be, I would give them 5 stars.

I really like this place, everyone is friendly. this was my first time and i needed a callus removal from my feet and it was a great experience. it’s at a great location and parking is never a problem! wasn’t the only guy there too at the time so didn’t feel that feminine to me

Horrible service I received today. The lady who did my nails was so rude and rough on my feets. Would never go back again or recommend anyone to go.

Nice staff, reasonable pricing. I suggest you call in before just walking in. It was really busy while I was there. This was my first time coming here. I don’t normally get my nails done because my nails grow out so fast & its a pricey upkeep but I decided to treat myself for the holidays. I paid $ 25 for a full set acrylic nails. I believe it’s normally $ 20 for a full set without any design. I was happy with the way they turned out thanks Kim!

Don’t care for service but BEVERLY WOW… best set of tits I’d pay whatever it cost to wax simply to get a closer look guys highly recommended to go

Great place– nice people– I had never been there before and I only went in there because of the Unilocal reviews.
The ladies took me right away-​Kim gave me a beautiful full set of acrylic nails and I received one of the best pedicures I have ever had.

The best in the valley. I don’t mind driving 30 mints to it. It cleans it always fast. NHU is the best at gel mani and hands down design she slays! Their prices are the best in the valley

The best work is belonged to the owner of the store «Kim».the crew are respectful and polite. The prices from wax to Spa are completely reasonable.
I come to this place about 2 years and half, so practically I can say I am familiar with their work.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had time to see me… Kim said yes go ahead and come in. I get there and had to wait about 10 minutes which I didn’t really mind. Another costumer walks in and starts complaining that it was taking too long. Next thing you know Kim comes up to me and removes my nail polish while I was seating in the waiting area, goes back to the person she was helping. She then calls me to sit in one of the tables as the other costumer that was before me moves to get a pedi. Kim rushed to file my nails burning my skin. After filing them down she moves me to another chair??? N calls the other new costumer and starts working on her. At this point I’m getting annoyed by her lack of professionalism. She’s working on 3 ppl at the same time??? I even called before to make sure they had time to see me. Overall she worked on my nails for about 15 mins top. Well at the end my nails look horrible, not clean at all and unfinished. It’s been 4 days and the nail polish is cracking. I am not happy at all with the service. I will go back today and see what they can do about it. I will post an update.
I’m changing from 1 to 3 stars because I went back n Kim re did my nails. She was nice about it too but blame the stain on the nails on me. But good job for taking care of an unhappy costumer.

Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself elsewhere! I felt as if they didn’t even want me there, the ladies were rushing my mani and pedi. The lady was even STANDING while doing my mani because she was in such a rush and finished it in 10MINS!!! I left with my nails uneven and not thoroughly cleaned. Really ruined my day! Place is dirty and disgusting and they do NOT autoclave their supplies, the supplies were just in bin. how can I trust this facility? Turn far away!

Very rude, I was expecting a warm welcome but NO! It seems like they prefer their regulars more then new ones. If they would of treated me different then I would of come back but nope. Never again !! Big thumbs down. I expected a bit more simply cause of the nice reviews so I went in with an open mind, since I’m new to this area. Idk if they were in a rush but regardless they should of approached me with a better attitude, and simply say that they were really busy today to make an appointment for some other day. But not even that she just said no not today and walked away to see a regular. Wow very low!

Beverly does an amazing job with eyebrows. I recommend going to her! Also the ladies who do acrylic nails they do a careful job. I recommend this place in the Valley.

Horrible customer service. I came as a walk in, I was referred here by a friend. I stood at the door with the whole room starring at me, no said anything after 3 minutes a lady who look as if she was the owner said «yes?» I asked for a pedicure, she says in and walks away 10 minutes go by no says anything to me. Three other women looked as if they were waiting for service as well. I didn’t feel welcomed or as if my service was important. Another 5 minutes go by and ppl are coming and going. I just got up and walked out. I will never come back to this shop.

I just paid $ 35 to get my nails done and they look worse than when I got there. The picture speaks for itself.

I was a walk-​in, and they attended to me right away. Very friendly staff and very precise in their work.
I got an acrylic full set with a white nail polish for $ 20. Can’t beat the price :)

I’ve been coming to Kim to do my nails for years, I wouldn’t trade this salon for any other! She always makes sure my nails look perfect! The staff is super friendly! Highly recommend this place for all your nail needs!

Got my nails done today with my baby sister. Love my French tip gels, and my sissys vday nails. Will definitely be getting my gels there.
