Purchased a whole pig for a summer BBQ. The pig was processed as requested. The meat was fantastic. It really cooked up nice. I will absoutely go through the hassle of ordering meat from them again. This is a farm that sells meat. This is a cash only business. You have to go out with cash to place a deposit on your order. Then you have to settle your order with cash. This place is a farm, so I did not expect warm and fuzzy customer service. Steps on ordering a whole pig. 1) Go to the office at least 7 days before you want to pick it up. 2) Go with $ 50 in cash for deposit.(if you need to have the pig butterflied this is the time to ask). 3) Return on pick-up day with your receipt. Go to garage door in the same building as office. 4) They will take ticket and mark the weight of your animal. 5) pay for your animal, with cash, at the office. The guy in the garage helped me load my pig into my car. If you do not own a big cooler(140−150Qt) cooler you should go buy one first. I will order from here again becuase the meat was so tasty. I wish they took credit cards for the deposit, but I understand. They could be a little more customer oriented.
