I had a great experience bringing in my pop-​up camper for maintenance — wheels cleaned, bearings re-​packed, cables & lifts lubricated. Reasonable prices, fast work, no unnecessary charges, and they’re good guys. I’d recommend them to anybody.

After U-​Haul gave me a great quote over the phone and I went there, they said «the guy who you talked to works from home somewhere in Halifax». What a waste of time. They could not do the hitch and could not even reschedule me (I had to call the scheduling number).
I ended up here at Elm City and got great service. They tracked down the parts needed for my Mercedes 350 (I had quotes of $ 1,200 from dealers — Elm City came in at half that). When they found it was going to take more time than they thought they called me and were able to get the rest done the next day (my choice — they would have done it right away). Work was first rate. There’s a dunkin donuts a 3 minute walk away with internet where you can kill time.
