Weird that this place only has two stars on here. I have never had an issue at this store. They have a huge selection of toys and I appreciate the location too. They carry all of my daughter’s favorite characters, Minnie, Frozen themed items, Lion King and the list goes on and on. You can find a great gift for a child of any age here!

Unilocal asked what keeps me coming back? I don’t have much of a choice… Being it is the only major toy store in the area, I am stuck with having to go here and travel through the gates of hell. I understand it is a toy store for children so any expectations of it being clean and neat is tossed out the window. Never has anything in stock and feels like you are walking through a maze. It is extremely hard to find anything and the staff are awful and slow. You folks work in a children’s toy store, F’ing smile.

This is the dirtiest, most run down toys r us I have ever seen. The selection of baby stuff is absolutely terrible. Never going here again.

Numerous problems with the store including the staff that was inadequately trained on company policies. Never will I shop here again.

The store itself seems very outdated, like it needs some serious renovation and technological improvement. Each time I walk into a Toys R us I’m reminded of stores like Bradlees or Caldors from the ‘90s, instead of it having more of that modern feel to it. Something about the layout of their stores makes them seem like they don’t really fit in with the current times. Like they somehow don’t really belong here in the 21st century for some reason, although that’s just my personal opinion. The selection of toys here is pretty decent, although they are sometimes sold out on some of there dolls and accessories. Usually they will have them in stock a few days later, so they must receive shipments of there inventory at least a couple times per week. The selections of Legos they have here is great though! In fact my youngest grandson absolutely ‘lives for’ coming to this store, and could probably spend hours in the Legos selection alone, if I let him! Lol. They also have a pretty good selection of board games here, although I have found both target and Wal-mart to be a little cheaper. The service here is just okay, but nothing to rave about. Some of the employees are more helpful than others, while some don’t really seem content with doing anything except stand around all day long doing nothing! It kind of makes you wander why they are working there in the first place, if they are not going to actually do any work. It’s an okay store overall. Nothing to write home about, but not terrible either.

Had to talk to two people here to see if they carried Strider bikes for kids… the second person then left me on hold for fifteen minutes while she went to ‘check’. I hung up. They lost my business.

This place is so gross I didn’t want to buy my kids toys there. Seriously dirty, dark and a hot mess. Sorry, kids…

Blerg. Kid germs everywhere. Yes, Toys R Us is massive and often well stocked. At the same time it’s often chaotic, messy, and full of crying children. After visiting so many fabulous local toy stores(Toy Chest, Amato’s, Time Machine) during the holidays, I have little desire to return. In a pinch, it’s fine, but definitely not a top pick. Rounds out to a solid average!

1.) Introduction: Well it’s in a plaza and it’s convenient when you want to kill more than 3 birds with one stone. 2.) Aesthetics: It looks kind of dirty in here. I don’t know if that’s with all Toys«R» Us places, but I do recall this one looking kind of dirty. 3.) Staff: They are okay. They definitely don’t seem like they like their job. 4.) Products: This seems to carry a lot of products here. I like how they have their own area for stationery products. 5.) Impressions: Whatever, it’s a Toy Store and sometimes beats its competitor across the street, «The Disney Store.»
