Starbucks

Nice little Starbucks. The location is a bit of a hassle and there isn’t much seating. The coffee and food has always been as expected. The wait time seems to be standard for a Starbucks.
It went under a recent renovation and is very nice on the interior.

I’m more of a third wave coffee guy but I find myself here often enough. The customers here are some of the rudest people I’ve ever been around as far as retail experiences are concerned. So much so, that employees here will tell me «Thank you» well after our conversation is over and adding that customers never ask how they are or say please. A typical interaction is, «Hello how are you?» «Venti hot chocolate… WITH whipped cream» I’m so surprised the employees never say anything!!! I work at a coffee shop in LA and we will straight up tell people dude first of all chill out, second how are you actually doing rn. I never see people tipping these guys either.
Disgusting.
Anyway, I ask for a triple shot Americano in an 8oz cup, with a little bit of cold water so I can drink it right away. Never once have they gotten it wrong. Always been quick, but the shots are almost always over extracted a la Starbucks.

Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to.
Due to a milk allergy (no, not lactose intolerant, an actual milk allergy) I have to use soy or almond milk alternatives. All too often the barista at other locations will slip up and use cows milk, causing me to become very sick. This has made me nervous about ordering. Not at this location!
Nolan, my barista, was very attentive to my order, as well as my husband’s. He asked our preference of tea and coffee, respectively, and was so pleasant throughout our visit. Will definitely visit this Starbucks again.

Probably one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to in the area. The barista was friendly and my drink came out promptly. It was also delicious.
Everything looked clean and it was not disorganized behind the counter, like some other Starbucks I’ve reviewed. Not much in the seating department, but overall very nice vibe and atmosphere.

Iced mocha latte with skin milk, extra ice please! My morning doesn’t feel right without one!

I go to quite a few of the Starbucks in the area, and this is one of my favorites. Small but cozy, great staff and good food, as usual.

It’s a nice leisurely place to go the atmosphere is cool. I like how busy it is maybe that’s due to the mall being across the street. Nice staff as well.

This is a great Starbucks location. It’s not very big, but super busy and they manage to make the drinks quickly and keep the line moving along. I’ve always been really happy with my drinks and food. Staff is always pleasant and I’ve not experienced incompetence or rudeness. Just very straightforward, yummy coffee. A great Starbucks location!

I love Starbucks but this is the worst branch I have ever visited. Staff have been rude multiple times and drinks poorly made. Additionally it is a cramped feel and not much table space for those wishing to stay and read or study.

The employees are super nice at this Starbucks and fast! Even during the holiday I’m able to get a drink on my 15 minute break!

Cannot miss my Caffe Misto with a reduced fat coffee cake, LOVE it!

Exceedingly small. Almost to the point of uncomfortable. Not cozy.

After dinner at Red Robin and a quick stroll around the mall, we were looking for a place to relax and prolong our evening. Oh! Starbucks!
I loved the look of this place. It was nice and cozy and looked like it had been recently remodeled, which, by the look of the other reviews, it has. :)
I could not resist the tiramisu cake pop, which I found out later through Google was 170 calories. Oops. But it was delish. :) DELISH!
I also answered the question of the day correctly, which was something I haven’t seen at other locations. I now have a coupon for a free coffee when I go back. For the record, the question was this: Which James Michener novel was made into a musical? I got so excited! I said, «South Pacific! Actually, the novel was called Tales of the South Pacific, but the musical was just called South Pacific. It’s by Rogers and Hammerstein. I believe it was the first Broadway show Shirley Jones ever appeared in, actually. I’m gonna wash that man right outta my hair… There ain’t nothing like a DAAAAAAAAAAAME!» (I sang the last two sentences.) The clerk said, «OK, right, OK… clearly you know more about this than I do…» and gave me the little coupon. Alrighty, then. ;)
My friend got his usual chocolately mocha cold thing that I can’t have. He said it was good. I believe him.

My neighborhood Starbucks got a facelift! When did this happen?!
Well, they closed the store for about two weeks to do renovations and reopened February 18^th, to be exact, I was told by the friendly barista. I never noticed anything wrong with it before, appearance-​wise, but now it looks like a cooler version of it’s old self. New and improved. Fresh, hip and modern. It feels more spacious with new and sleeker furniture as well as a better arrangement of tables and chairs and a new location for the creamer/​sugar station.
Staff are great, as always (service with warmth, conversation and a smile). Beverages made just the way you like. The only qualm I have about this location is the size. It’s a bit smaller than the others in town and can be a little dark inside the further in you go (I am probably more sensitive to this than most since I have an obsession and need for sunlight), but both these things have been improved upon since the recent changes. Looking forward to coming back here to do some work in the near future.

BY FAR the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are so friendly and greet most customers with their first name. Always remember my favorite drinks and are jovial. It’s a cozy place and is a favorite spot for many people so it’s sometimes hard to find a seat. On its busiest days, the line may be out the door but they move very fast and efficiently. Clearly I’m not the only one who loves this Starbucks. It’s the highlight of the special days I designate as my Starbucks days.

Very professional staff. Usually quiet and a good place for studying. I’ve never had any complaints on my drinks. Bathrooms are clean. The only thing is, I usually spend hours here studying, and I have yet to see anyone wipe the tables. They’re usually sticky and covered in caramel. That’s really my only complaint about this place. Otherwise, a decent place for coffee.

Breaking news: Today, I saw them wiping down the tables! and the one I picked wasn’t sticky at all. Huge improvement. Yay!

They are the best. The staff are so friendly. They make your drink right! Their staff is so nice and friendly. I love that place.

I love this starbucks. Everyone knows my name, there is a friendly atmosphere and even though there is a lot of traffic through this place, you wouldn’t know it… clean and run very efficiently.

I love this Starbucks, everyone here knows my name since I come in everyday. I work at Trader Joe’s, so I like to get to know almost everyone in the plaza. The service is great, so is the coffee, and the food.

Yet another disappointing experience at a Starbucks!
I have been into this location a million times. Often when I am at the Old Navy or Best Buy and need a cup of coffee. I wish there was a DD in this shopping center, but unfortunately its not.
Every time I go into this location it seems like I am bothering the employees. Its normally not that that busy so I guess I am bothering them and their down time. I cant think of one time I went into there and had a good experience.
