Food is dependable and always tastes good. Good bowls. Quick service. Friendly staff. Exactly what I expect with a Chipotle.

Terrible location! Employees cannot efficiently take an online order. How hard is it to read a receipt? Earlier in the week I had more order screwed up and and the manager told me to come in again and they would comp my order. I came in at the end of the week with the same online order and not only was it not done but I was missing items. We will no longer use this location. Really, this location doesn’t even deserve the one star!

This place needs shut down! I was served raw chicken. Management did nothing wouldn’t even get on the phone to resolve this issue. I will be contacting the health department as well as corporate.

I’ve been to this Chipotle before and every time I go, the staff is always nice and helpful. I love Chipotle’s burritos and burrito bowls but this time I wanted something different and out of the ordinary, so I ordered«The Quesarito» from Chipotle’s «secret» menu. They charged me for a burrito AND quesadilla(because if you don’t know what«The Quesarito» is, its a quesadilla wrapped around a burrito… you’re welcome) which ended up being $ 12! The Quesarito was delicious, but not enough to be ordering that again. I will stick to my burrito bowls!

The worst service ever. I’m m not even sure why I keep coming here… Unfortunately it’s close to home. I guess I’m hoping someone from corporate finally reads these reviews and makes a correction… I’ve never come here and been able to et everything I wanted without waiting. Either no onions and peppers or no chicken or no pico. Always something not rite! And the portions are always 70% of what you get anywhere else… And always a bunch of kids running the place never seen an actual mature person behind the counter

My family’s first visit to Chipotle. I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty, and both my kids ate VERY well and with no complaints(because they honestly whine anytime I suggest Mexican food to eat). My son devoured his burrito and my daughter enjoyed building her own tacos.

A solid Chipotle location. It’s not far from my school, so I’m here every few weeks to pick up dinner. I always order the same thing: carnitas burrito bowl, easy rice, extra black beans, sour cream, corn salsa, pico de gallo, a side of chips and guac, and an empty to-go cup so I can take some chipotle tabasco with me. They’re always accommodating and they don’t skimp. I’ll never complain about having too much food! I’ve had one or two bags of broken chips, but that’s probably a result of the time of day when I usually come in. The plus side of coming in at a slow time is that I never have to wait! Two thumbs up for chipotle!

Everytime I go here, there seems to be something that goes wrong. 1) Have to cook chicken, 10 min. extra wait. 2) Just about every time I get a burrito, it is overfilled and breaks open when they are making it. 3) ran my credit card incorrectly. 3) Short staffed and not working as a team. The Chipotle on Algonquin Road gets in right every time and great service also. This is the last time, won’t come back to this one again.

This location is HORRIBLE. Just do yourself a favor & go to another location. The employees here are usually dirtbags who don’t know the slightest thing about service. Algonquin one is pretty decent. On Randall. If you need Mexican that bad, Taco Bell a little ways down. Better service half the price.

The people here are nice, but out of every chipotle I’ve ever been to, this location is by far the stingiest with their burrito fillings. I’ve been going off and on for a year or so and am used to getting a mostly rice, less meat than normal, burrito. But after today I will never go back. My burrito was literally the size of my fist and was about 80% rice. I don’t know if it’s the owner of this franchise telling his or her employees to use less meat, salsa, etc. to cut costs or what but it’s not at all acceptable. 10 dollars should get me a football sized burrito. Not a baseball sized, inadequate, rice stuffed tortilla with a couple pieces of meat and a tablespoon of guacamole peppered in. And they recognize me as a regular. At every job I’ve ever had in my life I recognize my regulars and give them a little extra as a thank you for their business. This place sucks.

I love chipotle but this one doesn’t seem to be run well at all. I just stood waiting to be served for over 10 minutes. I was the first in line. There were 4 employees and they all avoided eye contact and seemed to be goofing around.

Every time I have been in here everyone is super friendly or happy. I’ve never had any other complaints other then it does tend to get a little cold, although I think it’s just most Chipotle Grills in general. They’re usually always busy and very quick and efficient!

I love Chipotle, but was soooo disappointed today. Got the steak burrito bowl and the steak was way overcooked, chewy and fatty. Each piece me and my daughter tried in our bowls was inedible. YUCK… won’t get the steak ever again and really hate I paid money for that.

I LOVE chipotle and this expience is adding to the greatness! I came here with my nephew on Valentine’s Day… HAHA what can I say it’s what we wanted!!! It was pretty crowded… I was shocked. We waited in line and I made my nephew’s bowl first and then went back to the front and made my bowl… while I was making my bowl my nephew took it upon himself to go behind the counter and give the worker a hug and a kiss on the hand… HAHA…she was the NICEST girl to him and let him take a basket for his bowl and kiss her hand .more then once. When I went to pay for the food she said he was so cute and such a good kid that she was going to give me his bowl for free… I thought that was so sweet of her!!! She then came to check on us during our meal and asked if we needed anything else. This chipotle went above and beyond expectations for us and I will be going back for sure!!!

First of all — I am a huge fan of Chipotle. Have been for years. I live about 10 minutes from this location, and about 13 minutes from the South Elgin, IL location. I have twice visited this location in the past two months. Both at 11AM when the restaurant is supposed to open, on a Saturday and Sunday. BOTH times I have had terrible experiences. The staff has been completely unprepared to serve it’s customers. It was as if they did absolutely no prep before they planned to open for business that day. Today I had to wait 15 minutes for them to get the tortilla presser hot enough for use. I literally stood there for 15 minutes. At a restaurant that serves primarily burritos and tacos that have to go through the tortilla press, I would imagine it should be the first thing you turn on when you prep for the day. During that wait, I was offered a seat(I wanted to say that I didn’t want a seat — I was getting food to go at a FASTFOOD restaurant), but not offered a pop or a drink of some kind while I waited, which would have been nice. I had to ask for one and pay for it. The steak was just being put on the grill(last time they told me the steak wouldn’t be ready for about 20 minutes, so I opted for another kind of meat) — the tortillas looked a little dry, and the guac hadn’t been made fresh — it was clearly from the day before, and hadn’t even been stirred so it was sitting like a big glop browning avocados. Stir it up so it is at least green! After all that, I finally get home with my $ 30 order — tacos, two burritos, two pops, chips and guac(yes I purchased the guac anyway — i was desperate — it was clearly not fresh, not terrible, but lacking salt and lime juice for sure). The burritos hadn’t been«marked» so we had to just guess which was which. I opened mine and the second it came out of the tinfoil it completely fell apart. The tortilla was either old and dry or the press wasn’t even ready after 15 minutes of heating up. The chips I had were super salty and some of them were soggy/gummy — like they hadn’t been cooked long enough. I believe the manager on duty was also walking around the entire time I stood waiting for his staff to be ready to serve customers 20 minutes after they opened for business — didn’t say a word to me — welcome me to the restaurant, he didn’t even say hello. I will not be returning to this Chipotle. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to the South Elgin location, which I frequented when I lived there. The service was always EXCELLENT, the food was consistenly good, and the overall experience is always great. The staff is always so friendly and they run the restaurant very efficiently. The West Dundee location should take a field trip there to see how a well run Chipotle functions.

I haven’t visited a Chipotle in years. After lunch there today, I now remember why. I will keep my review short and sweet because this place really isn’t worth much more of my time. A. The food doesn’t even come close to authentic Mexican food. B. $ 10 for a burrito and some chips and salsa(no drink) at a fast food joint. Really? I mean REALLY? The flavors are OK, but the fleecing I got left a bitter taste in my mouth.

There’s three noteable things here: 1. Ethically-raised meats and fresh produce assembled to your order right in front of your eyes. What’s not to love? This is how fast food should be. 2. Everyone I’ve ever seen work here seems to be genuinely happy and friendly. 3. It gets a little cold in here in the winter, so wear your coat. My wife sometimes refuses to go here because of the temperature in the winter.
