Found Treasures looks more like a boutique than a thrift store. Clothing is arranged attractively, not crammed onto racks, and it’s easy to get an overview of what’s there. They stock lightly-​used clothing, mostly women’s, but also new items. When I stopped by recently, I stocked up on Danskin t-​shirts for $ 5 each, as well as a pair of Banana Republic chinos for $ 8. — terrific bargains for items that showed no sign of having ever been worn. For the moment, the selection is still limited. However, all donations go to benefit the Beacon of Life shelter for women. So, whether you buy or donate at Found Treasures, you can’t lose.
