He made sure we understood the design and construction process and provided detailed information and follow-​up that made it easy for my wife and I to understand. My backyard was a mess. It was dull, boring and essentially a pile of dirt with a few (okay more than a few) wild weeds and green stuff growing here and there. I kept telling myself that I was going to fix it up but with my hectic work schedule and my procrastinating nature it has remained this way since we bought the house.
I always dreamed that we would be able to have a family BBQ in a more «comfortable» setting. But I also knew that the task itself may be too much for me to handle.
I was referred to Teng from a family friend and we scheduled a meeting on a Saturday for him to come over. He was very nice and patiently answered all my questions as well as make suggestions on how the backyard could be improved. He was very helpful without being pushy (I hate pushy salespeople).
Teng recommended a few options for patio flooring and different lighting options as well as flowering and plant ideas. I was getting excited at all the possibilities! We were real budget conscious and Teng worked with us in giving us honest estimates.
Eventually we settled on a simple paver patio with a cover. Teng advised exactly where we should have our BBQ grill and recommended a picnic table and other outdoor fixtures to accent the mood.
Finally I can be proud of having a REAL backyard! I definitely appreciate all the hard work and care that Teng put into making sure that the final results exceeded our expectations.
