If I can give this place one star I would, I’m not the person to put a company on blast but this location seriously needs new management. My husband and I purchased new glasses at another location but didn’t notice his were scratched, we live closer to this store so decided to exchange them here. Walked in the store no welcome nothing, their«manager» was extremely rude and had no clue on what she’s doing. I’m calling cooperate tomorrow since we are VIP members and honestly over this whole experience here !

Went here on the 17th in the late afternoon to look at a couple pairs of glasses. There were two you guys kids working there and they were chit chatting when we walked in with one another. Not one stopped to greet us or help us find what we were looking for. We left as why should we give business to a store where their employees can’t even acknowledge us. We walked out and said«thanks for your help» and they still don’t stop talking to say a word. I would suggest not putting the see two employees to work together as they were flirting and not working.

I went here(Sunglass Hut inside mall) after having issues with Sunglass Hut at Macy’s West Covina. Teri helped me and she was wonderful. I loved her quick response time and I would go back there again and again. I would prefer to not get my Macys discount, and would prefer to pay for excellent service. If you want excellent service, go to Sunglass Hut in West Covina Mall, across from Baskin Robins(not in Macys). You will be pleased with the level of customer service. Another wonderful benefit you get from shopping in the actual store is that you get to return within a year and trade in your sunglasses for a new pair and they give you 50% of your glasses $$ back towards your new pair. This is great because we usually scratch our glasses within the year, and to know I can get a new pair, deal you cannot beat.

There’s hardly any service at this store. I walk in, browse around. There’s no one even around, but I can hear someone talking in the back room. A lady comes out, asks what i’m looking for. I explain that I have a wide face and I need glasses that fit my face. She simply responds, well it’s just a matter of trying different ones on. Then walks back to the back office. Well, that was useless. I left.

Came here a couple days ago looking for a gift for my mother. She always buys herself cheap shades that break so I wanted to get her something with good quality. I looked around for a bit before being approached by this young lady named Miranda. She asked if I needed help and I filled her in on why I was there. She made me a few suggestions of different brands with different price ranges. I like the fact she didn’t just show me the expensive stuff first like most places. I ended up grabbing some Prada’s(which aren’t cheap) and then she recommended some ray bans for myself. I wasn’t even thinking about getting any for me and somehow some way she convinced me to get some.(Maybe it had to do with the fact she was cute and had a perfect smile) Anyways I was beyond pleased with my purchases and the service I received here :)
