I’ve been here a few times because I live close… And though it’s one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in terms of quickness, today wasn’t bad and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Granted it wasn’t to busy. I used the drive thru, only 2 cars in front and I feel like the speed was a little slow, but quicker than normal for them. So pat on the back for picking it up.

Horrible. I work in the mall so it’s convenient to come to this one yet 4 times i have come here and 4 times disappointed. First time I asked got light ice and they gave me my drink with ¾ all Ice it was so watered down I didn’t even want to drink it. Second time they didn’t have any refreshers so I asked for a different drink which they made incorrectly. I asked for no whip cream even after she repeated it back to me I still got whip cream. Third time there was no cake pops at all no desserts and no refreshers and same thing with the fourth time. It just seems like their always out of stock and every time I come they either don’t have what I ask for or they make it really shitty. Only reason I have it a two is because the girl was nice enough to give us a Venti for free of whatever it was they had left. It was the thought that counted there.

This is our favorite Starbucks in the neighborhood! The morning crew’s friendly attitude is by far the reason why we keep coming back despite the not-so-convenient parking lot! This is an example of how baristas can truly serve their customers who pay for their products! …great job morning crew!!! Thanks for a good brew!

The sweetest people come here. Such a warm, sociable, personable environment of customers. The staff is pretty standard. They gave me a free syrup pump because I forgot to mention it before paying. But the people are just so friendly on this Monday afternoon!

I thought I’d share what happened today. I usually go to this Starbucks because it’s close and I don’t mind the shitty service here. After all if I’m just here for the drinks. Anyways drive thru was packed like always and I ordered my drink. But the car ahead of me ordered the same exact drink but with toffee. Yes I had my window down and was listening. Alright I’m next up so excited because I barely get frapuccinos. When the car before me got the drinks she handed the caramel cone first then the other. I then saw her give a brand new drink to the car and the driver gave back the other one. I was thinking to myself she better not give me that same drink and if she gives me that drink to me shit is going down. Pulled up and next thing you know she gives me the previous drink. And the reason I know this is because 1) clear indicator that all drinks are set up so the person getting the drink has a sterile straw. Which means the paper end is still on it. Or they’ll hand you an unopened straw 2) even if it wasn’t I saw the straw looked half full so it was previously sipped 3) the previous asked for extra caramel I didn’t Now I hate being a rude customer but that’s just wrong. I know when There is a line usually workers just want to get through it but the no morals thing is just plain disgusting. What I did? Went inside and spoke to the kind gentleman on the register and told him about the situation. Thank god it wasn’t busy because I hate making a scene. He kindly acknowledge the situation, stated what Starbucks does to «messed up» drinks and told them to make my order again.

I usually visit this Starbucks since its close to my job however on my last visit I wasn’t so satisfied. I typically use the drive through however on this day the drive through line was long so I went in instead. There weren’t many people in there. I placed my order and sat to wait for it to be ready. I saw people who ordered after me getting their order before me. When I went up to ask for my order it was sitting by the drive through orders and I was never called. It wasted much of my time

Everytime I come here I specifically ask for half a pump of sweetener and it’s like they have no concept of the word«half». My order comes out wrong everytime. Seriously, wouldn’t you be upset if you pay $ 5+ for a drink and they never get your order right? This is the last time I’m coming here.

I had never been to this location but was quickly helped by barista Chris Z. He provided excellent customer service and recommended great drinks. Although the store seemed busy at first he quickly made my drink and I was in and out in no time. This is definitely my new favorite locadion. :)

What you see for the ratings on this Starbucks: accurate. Waited ten minutes for a barista to just acknowledge me. And they weren’t even busy. They were maybe making three drinks for two customers, but with four baristas on deck, I would think refilling a water wouldn’t be too bad. Oh, and I’m not even including the dude who was doing simple inventory on the sandwiches. He couldn’t afford the time to take a minute to just take an order. So five people and no one wanted to be the one that had to fill my water. If this was any other coffee shop then fine, I guess this would be a tall order to add on top of making three drinks. But Starbucks is supposed to be known for customer service, and I’ve been to a lot, which is why I’m so disappointed that I’m even writing a review about this. After someone finally took my cup, another customer comes in and they help them out a minute later. I get that all I got was water, but it’s not like I didn’t order anything. So I guess they’re just biased? Still doesn’t justify their service.

Worst coffee shop ever… first time in and there was one car in the drive through and myself and one person in front of me in the store line… FIVE staff plus a manager… Lady in front of me was a regular who places large office hours and her order wasn’t taken until five minutes in… she chats with her order taker for another five while everyone else meanders behind… I think I’ve been patient enough to this point… no other customers walked in or cars in the drive through… I finally get to the register and the team member walks away… two minutes later the office order is done… I stand in front of the register(again only customer) for another three minutes with out any acknowledgement… The entire 15 minutes there I didn’t even get a «Hello»! Walked out…

So happy! We ordered a White Hot Chocolate and they messed up on our order and gave us White Chocolate Mocha. They ended up giving us a refund and letting us keep the mocha and made us what we actually ordered. Thank you starbucks !! Giving 4 stars because of the mess up. or else it would’ve been 5!

Since I’ve lived down the street this place has gotten better with the speed and quality of the drinks. I still think their attitudes and personality could use improvement, but over all I will continue to come to Starbucks, because… Coffee!

Barista was a little rude, but it was in the morning. We’ve all had those«not today» moments. My latte was amazing as always. For my study or working friends, theres one large table or 5 – 6 little tables. Happy Holidays!

I hate this place. The only reason I kept going was because it’s the only Starbucks by my work.(West Covina Mall) 7 out of 10 times something goes wrong. Sometimes they make my drink wrong, sometimes the wait is 30+ minutes when there’s hardly anyone there. But this last time was the audacity of the baristas to not care that I am a frequent customer with a complaint. They are so rude at this location. Note to the staff there: You work at Starbucks, get over yourself. Since I work at the mall I now go to Paris Baguette for coffee and a pastry. Half the price and the staff is always great. They open at 9 am Mon-Sat and 10 am on Sundays. I know for some this is too late but to my fellow mall employees, this is the place to get your caffeine fix. Not a huge selection but you’ll be pleased with the service.
