Pabi is terrible. She rushes. Just got my brows done with her and I heard her say she was leaving to the lady after she was done with me. After that she didn’t even take her time to do my brows. I even felt her cut too much in the middle and now one brow is longer than the other. The guy always takes his time. So upset I saw Pabi, grew my eyebrows out for 2 months to have to grow them out again.

This was my first time here at this Eyebrow Image in West Covina. I usually go to the one in Montclair, but did not get a chance to on Friday. I ran into this one and decided to give it a shot. It’s always scary going to a new person and place for your eyebrows (at least for me it is) Sooo glad I did! The girl who did my eyebrows was awesome. (Sorry I didn’t catch her name) she had a light to medium hand while threading. My skin is super sensitive, I noticed when someone threads my brows too hard I tend to breakout in that area :(was the case this time. She asked if I was ok 2 or 3 times lol I’m just a big baby and think threading is the worst but the results are soo worth it. The salon was beautifully decorated and set up. Very clean and the staff members were all so nice. Think I might have found a new spot. I will definitely be coming back.
The only downside is the parking lot. It’s pretty small and shares a parking lot with a Starbucks so you know it’s busy! You have one shot to find a parking spot. When you enter and make your way to the end your back on the street lol and have to try again.

If you’re looking into Henna Tattoos, I highly recommend this place! I got a Henna Tattoo for $ 15 that was from my wrist to the edge of my nails. Amazing price for this size compared to other places! The design came out flawless!

I love Willy! He’s the best I’ve been going to him for years. He’s professional quick and I always get complimented on my eyebrows. He’s always there even later so I can go after work even after everyone has gone home Willy is still there.

This place is great. I’ve been coming here for years and always go to Pabi. Everyone else does a great job, but Pabi is my go to. She always shapes my eyebrows thicker and cleans them nicley. She’s very polite and is always in a great mood. Check then out you won’t be dissatisfied.

I followed Wilberto here from his last salon. He is hands down the best threader I have ever had, and trust me, I’ve been through lots of them. I have very thick brows and unfortunately my German heritage gave me a faint mustache. Wilberto is very gentle and efficient in removing hair… I mean, it’s threading, so it still hurts, but he doesn’t saw the thread over my skin like other places I’ve been.
My first visit, Wilberto asked me how I liked my brows, and he still remembers every time. I always leave with them perfectly shaped and I couldn’t be happier. On top of that he is friendly and engaging, and genuinely cares about his customers. I only come in once a month or two, and he still remembers to ask about things happening in my life that I told him from last time.
I would highly recommend him to anyone, and if he ever leaves the area I will literally cry.

I figured something was wrong when Ivette didn’t hand me the small mirror and walked straight to the register. My eyebrows look horrible!!! They not only do not look the same but one is way thinner than the other. I even went on an off day so she can take her time. It has been a hassle for me to get my brows back in shape!

I’ve been coming to this place since they opened about 7 years now. I love the service I get from Ivette. She does an amazing job! I moved to the Valley four years ago but I continue coming here with Ivette, because I have not found anyone else that does as great job as her with my eyebrows and waxing.

Will not be returning after I was confronted about a tip I left on Unilocal.I really hope the OWNER takes a look at Unilocal.They should know that their workers should apologize for their wrong-​doings versus trying to confront and aggressively touch my shoulder. That’s not the way to treat customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will miss Pavi, she’s great!

Been coming here for years! Moved to the other side of town, but I still come here for Pabi to do my eyebrows. I only trust her, I’ve had the other two and they are ok… The guy and the Hispanic lady, but they made my eyebrows kind of thin. It seemed like they were trying to give them a shape but they already arch naturally. So if you need your eyebrows shaped, I’m sure they will do a great job. There was an older lady before, who did well, but I don’t see her anymore. Pabi is by far the best for me though.
On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 2 – 5 they have happy hour where eyebrow threading is $ 3 off. I’m at work during that time but good to know for days off. This would make it $ 6 instead of $ 9. I still think $ 9 is fair, I’ve had threading done other places for more. $ 6 is usually what the Asian nail places charge, but I would go there for nails, that’s what they train in, not eyebrows. I’ve seen henna, waxing and other stuff done here as well, but I’ve only had eyebrow threading and I continue to come here every time.

Terrible! The male did my eyebrows, and he did a half ass job. When i got home i still had a lot of hair between my eyebrows and under my eyebrows. He did a half ass job, usually the females do a good job. This place is over priced especially for the job I received, very disappointing.

I have been going to him for 5 years already and i never leave upset. He definitely knows his way with a thread. I get compliments all the time because of the way he presents my eyebrows to the world.
I am a loyal client to Willy. So are my brother and sister and several of our friends. We dont go back to him for nothing, not even just for a «quick fix». We go back to him because he is the best and wants you to look your best to feel the best.
I havent gotten my brows done from the other women working in the salon, but if they are anything like Willy, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

horrible! I came here for the first time because I was on a time limit and couldn’t get to my regular place.
the guy threaded my eyebrows with a super thin thread which was painful. I get my eyebrows threaded every 2 weeks so I am accustom to the pain so I knew it was the thread. He didn’t even shape my brows, he just cleaned them. And not very well, I still had hair I had to pluck myself!!! He didn’t even trim my brows either.
On top of that, it was so expensive! $ 9 for threading? Everywhere else they charge around $ 6. On top of that, it sucked! Never again.

I love this place I had a tummy tuck and since then Pabi does my henna tattoo to cover the scar…

I went as a walk in after reading good reviews on Unilocal because I have always wanted to try henna. I was able to get serviced right away by Chamila and I showed her these specific designs I had found online. She was really friendly and great at accommodating my needs which I really appreciated. I did both hands for $ 30 and paid $ 40 with gratuity as I was very happy with the result. The photos of after the peeling came off, mind you, I was in a hurry and moved too much which made the ink come off to quickly (stayed on for only about an hour max). But still, I think the tattoos came out great. I’d definitely go back.

Pabi is my go to for eyebrow threading. She’s very friendly. She knows how to shape my eyebrows to my liking. She takes her time and does a perfect job. I love it every time! She also gives good eyebrow massages after the threading.
Ivette is very professional when it comes to waxing. She doesnt re-​dip the stick into the wax pot every use, which is a PLUS!

Horrible. I got lazy and went to the closest place. That’s bad on my part. I got my eyebrows threaded. The left one was shaped round with no arch and the right one a bit thinner with a nice arch. I asked just to have the extra hairs cleaned up and she took the majority of them off.
To make it worse she ripped my skin out.
NEVER AGAIN.

I was really tempted to try henna so I started googling spots around my house, I came across a few spots but this one called my attention so I decided to give it a shot, walked in and was greeted by Chamila a really nice lady who also was the one who did my henna! It came out exactly how I asked for in the picture I showed her! I am in love with this I will definitely be coming back… go and check it out really low prices too! Ask for Chamila she’s a sweetheart and super talented
