Employees letting their family and friends jump the long lines and letting them pay ahead of everyone else. other 2 cashiers just let it go and didnt say anything… customer service is really bad

I like JC Penny. I’ve bought stuff here and I recently came during a sale. I didn’t buy anything, but I was really really really tempted too. I tried on some bathing suits because I’ve been needing a new one. I found two I was thinking about buying, but I didn’t. Not because they weren’t cute or reasonably price, but because I had already bought stuff recently and while I liked the bathing suits it didn’t justify going over my budget. JC Penny has some great coupons $ 10 off of $ 10 spent there’s another with $ 10 of $ 25. Sometimes during the holiday’s they have sweepstakes to get coupons. They also have coupons for glasses and photography. I like the Sephora in JC Penny too. JC Penny’s points card is cool too. I like that it isn’t a credit card like Macy’s.

Too bad they don’t have 0 stars so I can give them one !! Employe’s are so rude, store is nothing like Montclair n Santa Anita, with polite n friendly staff !! I got better service at the swap meet.

Don’t know if I should give the five stars to JCPenny’s or the mysterious kind customer.
OK…so it’s been awhile since I thought about this review. Talk about exceptional customer service. So, my brother and I decided to buy our mom clothes. We’re not specialists in this field, and you can see why.
So along comes a couple young ladies from the woman’s dept that helped us pick out blouses, pants and sizes. They were great.
Just as we’re about to leave, mom says she sees a real dog. Well it did look like a real dog. It was stiff like a real dog. I thought I heard it bark. Well, I sat it down and wanted to look around some more and told mom we’ll come back in a minute to buy it.
But along comes this mysterious lady and her 11 year old child. Here you go… here’s a gift for your mom. Her son then says, «hope you enjoy it.» I offered to pay for it… but…they said «NO» Have a wonderful holiday. WOW! Tears… tears… there are still kind people out there.
When we got downstairs, this kind lady was helping someone else. Amazing… And as we left, her son came up to us and said, «I like your mom.» Interesting, because I like your mom too. You two are the greatest.
What a wonderful day we all had…

Jc penny’s donates 90% of profits to Charity… I feel good shopping here. Also this really good worker in shoe department was very helpful. His name is Jeremy.
