Long time Unilocaler. First time post. I was saving my first post for a genuine good experience and I am so glad I waited.
This was my first experience at a pawn shop aside from watching the faux reality shows on tv. Not really knowing what to expect I was very pleasantly welcomed by the entire staff. Giovanna Vasquez and Patricia Pinedo were the ones that assisted me and they made sure to really ease me into the pawn world. Terrific service.

My watch is one of the most precious sentimenal items that I own and it was hard to let it go, even temporarily. Gio was very professional and really gave me a sense of security that nothing will happen to my watch and that was exactly how I needed to feel. If anyone is in need of a quick loan or pawn, I highly recommend Goodfellas and seek out Gio.

The hidden gem of West Covina. Came here to buy something and the experience has been fantastic. Jasmin and Giovanna are very pleasant to deal with. They have a lot of really good stuff here. The place is clean and very organized. They buy and sell gold too! Looking forward to my next visit at this place. Highly recommended business.

Came by today for the first time. I went to a pawn shop 2 years ago in Brea, didn’t sell or get a loan, went out of curiosity. This time around I did actually want to sell some gold rings I didn’t need. I don’t know too much about this stuff and who is telling the truth or not, but I felt the staff at Goodfellas was trying to offer reasonable advice. You don’t like walking into any establishment feeling your not welcomed– upon walk in @Goodfellas, I was greeted with a smile. Took my 5 year old with me for the trip. She got a balloon and lollipop from Armen and his staff. Overall first time experience wasn’t too scary. Nice place, clean, organized. You know they try to keep the appeal for all customers.

Horrible staff, unknowledgable. Managers give unreliable information, I come back the next day ready to take my loan, and they say they can’t? When they told me they could the day before? Train your employee’s so they have a knowledge of your business. Will not be coming back here, wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here, you can definitely find better places that know their stuff, have better customer service, and aren’t shady.
