This store is a disaster. Problems started with Ricky the salesperson who royally botched the transaction. This was escalated to the manager nicki who is completely incompetent and non-​responsive. The disappointment continued up the corporate ladder to the worthless district manager Ashley Farella who didn’t have the decency to fix her store mistake or deal with it directly. 4 months later and a $ 400 mistake isnt resolved. Still waiting for a call back. Go to Verizon even if it costs u triple.

This Sprint store has the worst customer service. Nikki seems to have an attitude with you each time you even enter that store. I used to give great reviews on this store & it has changed over the last year & will be looking into switching to another carrier.
