Last time I was in for a drink the owner was a complete jerk for no reason. Walked in the door and headed straight to the restroom. Owner questioned me as if I wasn’t going to be a paying customer. Really? Get over yourself. In his defense someone told me people from hill station use his restroom all the time. Place is large and to empty for my taste. I wish them the best but I won’t be back.

Came here with my best friend on a Thursday night for their new Digital DJ Live… it’s cool, you text your song request to the DJ, who is on TV… and they play it on the tv screen with videos. Waitress was very attentive and nice. Drinks were cold, food was great… recommend the Wings with the RJ’S special sauce, it’s kinda like a honey mustard and bbq mix… lots of meat on them too. Music was not too loud, you can still have a conversation without having to yell at the person next to you. Will definitely be back!

Went for trivia night, which was pretty busy. I ordered a sandwich and the wife ordered potato skins. It took an hour for my sandwich to come out and 1 hour 15 minutes for the potato skins. This was unacceptable. Not many beers to choose from. My sandwich was actually pretty good though. Then out receipt was wrong 3 times in a row. If not for the okay trivia night, I would never go back.

Great sports bar, plenty of TV’s. Food was good. Karaōke night was one of the worst that I’ve ever experienced. 20 people in the bar(10 of them singing) and it took 2+ hours to sing since the KJ’s were playing favorites and doing a «two for Tuesday» which meant everyone got to sing 2 songs. There should be no reason for there to be a 2+ hour wait to sing when there is a 10 person rotation. The«birthday girl» got to sing 10 songs while everyone else waited to sing their 2 songs. One of the worst karaōke places I have ever visited. I used to own a karaōke company and have awards in San Diego for my karaōke show and this was absolutely horrible! I sat there and watched people come in, wait, and then leave since they couldn’t sing in less than 2 hours. That is no way to create a «following». Such a terrible karaōke experience. Will never go there again

I was here for trivia night with about fourteen other family members and friends. They did not have enough servers staffed for how many people showed up and the bill situation turned into a catastrophic failure. I can’t comment on the food seeing how I didn’t order any.

Terrible service, sub par food. I’ve been here three times hoping it would get better but I liked nothing I tried. I had grilled chicken, hamburger and a salad– all meh. They have decent drink specials and it’s clean.

We have some friends in West Chester and came up to meet them here for karaōke night. GREATBAR! Roomy. Comfortable. Good drink prices. We were there for there burger madness night. I had a burger that was HUGE and FANTASTIC for super cheap! Another thing I liked was the crowd for the karaōke. Supportive. Good singers. it was entertaining and not because it was the William Hung reel from American Idol but because there were some passionate singers that could hold a note singing. The bar maid on Tuesday nights was charming and gave great service! If you’re in the area hit this place up!

Great TV set up, friendly service, great prices and ice cold pint glasses. That’s a recipe for a good bar. Nothing earth shattering here but they get the little things right.

This place was a great little bar/restaurant. Our friends invited us out for some trivia, and I was surprised at the size of it inside. We had a bunch of fun and our server was super speedy and informative. Not a lot of healthy options on the menu, but what are you going to expect from a bar :) The biggest plus side of this place, it is SUPER cheap! My husband and I split the most expensive thing on the menu and two drinks and our bill was $ 16! I totallyl wasn’t expecting that. So not the best selection(be it beer, wine, or meals) but it is still worth checking out.

I was interested in a burger and a drink and a place to watch the Buckeyes. RJ’s fit the bill. I started with the nacho chips and salsa. Chips were good, but the salsa was way too watered down. And it was less than mild. For the main meal, I had a traditional burger. It was ½ pound and was cooked to perfection. Also, all the sides(lettuce, onion) were fresh and tasted great. As for the fries, they did taste good, but most we’re cooked together, thus came out of the fryer stuck together. As for the game, they had 12 – 15 TVs with various games going. The problem was the lighting. Many of the TVs had a glare from the wall beer signs. Overall though, the burger was good, the waitresses worked together to take care of customers, and the picture on the TV was HD, even if there was a shadow.

RJ’s is a great local spot. As far as sports bars go, it’s pretty much what you would expect. Bar food, beer, TVs everywhere. The only complaints I really have are that they keep changing the menu I guess(there is always a bunch of stuff crossed off) and the beer selection isn’t super great. On the plus side, — the food is actually really good. I love the wings, the french fries are amazing, and I was impressed with most of the other dishes I’ve had. — The staff is friendly — Good happy hour every weekday from 2 to 7 with select half-price apps — Trivia on Wednesday nights is awesome — It’s right by my house(I realize most people probably don’t care about this) Anyway, if you’re in the area, RJ’s is worth a stop.

Great, fun place with good food and drink options. Always something going on — cruise in, music, Last Call trivia. The servers are attentive and remember drink orders form the week before! Great juke box. And the barstools are always full of regulars. Can’t ask for much more than this! Come for Last Call Trivia on Wednesdays at 7 pm. It’s fun to watch the regulars compete for the top scores!

Four star sports bar.(Most locals would enjoy hearing me say this phrase aloud.) My brother flew in from NY Saturday evening for a visit, so we needed a place in this vicinity of his hotel that would have some satisfying food, good variety, comfortable but casual atmosphere, reasonable prices. RJ’s fit the bill on all counts. It was also the first visit for my husband and I. Parking lot was pretty full, but inside plenty spacious without being cavernous. About 8:30 on Saturday. The large centrally located bar was pretty much at capacity, about 1⁄3 of the well spaced tables also occupied. We chose a high top against the wall vs. a low table in the middle. Service was prompt as was arrival of food. Waitress was enthusiastic and friendly. With my brother and I both at a table the New York flavor in our ways is impossible to miss and she played off it nicely. We split the nachos 3 ways for an app, which was just enough. They serve those tri color chips which I like. The meals were BLT, Reuben, and cheeseburger, and we all had fries. All sandwiches were enjoyed thoroughly plus the fries were first rate. An order of onion rings was added as well, big rings, golden brown. Menu has a lot of options, a step up from just bar food. They have live bands or karaōke some nights, I would call ahead(which I did on Sat. Afternoon) since we might not be in the mood for that, but otherwise would definitely return. They also have Keno!

My wife and I stopped by to check the place out on Sunday, the first full day of NFL football. I had read a couple of negative reviews and was a little skeptical. But, I wanted to see for myself. They have done a great job with the décor, fixing the place up from the old, dark restaurant that it used to be. Nothing really special, just a very nice sports bar atmosphere. Lots of TVs and they have NFL Ticker and College Game Day. But, there were two people in there besides the staff when we walked in. After they left my wife and I were literally the only ones there. We had a couple of beers. They were reasonably priced. But, the domestic beer list and the import beer list have to be watched carefully(if you care about price) because there are imports on the domestic list and domestic on the import list. We had some wings which were hot(again we were the only ones there) and tasty. I went back last night for the Bengals-Ravens Monday night game. I got there early because I wanted to take advantage of the half price appetizers and dollar drafts I had seen advertised. I was glad to find that Yuengling was on the domestic beers list(yeah, I know it’s brewed in PA but Sam Adams is on the import list). I got the chicken tenders which were very good and fried mushrooms. Neither were anything special. But, they were as expected for bar food. At 7, the $ 1 draft special ended and my buddies and I got a bucket of beers, Yuengling Black & Tan was on the domestic list(yeah). So, we got those. But, when we got our checks was when we found out not all appetizers are half price during the happy hour. So, ask before you order. Overall, I like the place. Both times I was there the service was excellent and the wait staff was almost overly attentive, even with the place pretty crowded for the Monday night game.

This used to be a well-known area restaurant whose name I forget. :) We checked out this relatively new establishment because it received some good Unilocal reviews. I was disappointed. It’s clear they’ve done a lot with the interior in terms of opening it up, but it’s still relatively dark. That’s not unwelcome in a bar, of course. We sat at the bar, and our bartender was friendly and reasonably attentive. There were several others at the bar — seemed like an odd bar crowd. I saw some families with small children, but then some older folks. No young hipsters here. I had an Christopher Moerlein OTR and chicken tenders with fries. The food and beer were both good. I don’t see a need to return to this place though.

Great Burger. Done just right. They had run out of Oberon beer which was disappointing, the waitress found a great substitute. Server was very attentive. This place is targeted at a younger crowd as the music being played was not completely pleasurable to my aging ears. We will return.

We went there for lunch as a family and found out that this is definitely geared to be more of an adult hangout. They have been open just a week and have the usual new place hiccups, but nothing that they didn’t immediately fix. The atmosphere is a fun open sports bar. They cleared the walls out and have a great sized bar and lots of high top tables. They even have some tables by the dart and golden tee machines for this that are playing. The food choices are your typical American pub choices. Sandwiches, burgers, wings, etc. I had the ½ pound burger and my wife had the salmon burger. The hamburger patty was hand formed and grilled to my order. The bun was fresh and light and accented the burger fantastically. I went for the fries and they were lightly seasoned and battered and very good as well. The have the usual toppings for burgers and include sauteed mushrooms and similar additions for a surcharge. The salmon burger was done very well too and my wife enjoyed it. The kids had the typical kids fare the chicken chunks were plump and seemed fresh breaded. They have nightly specials and a happy hour and everything is a decent deal. I am planning on going back with my wife on a night without the kids.

There is a new gathering place in town. Very friendly staff, great food, and multiple sports events displayed all around you in a very unique overhead display of flat screens. Easy to get to as it is right off I-75 on Cincinnati Dayton Road, RJ’s is going to become the go to place for family dinner, after hour’s relaxation, and outdoor dining. They also support our local produce and meat industry by trying to buy local produce and meats whenever possible. Rick and Cheryl are ready to welcome you to their new pub. Come on by and say hello, have a cold beer, some good food, and good conversation.
