Q Fitness is an unbelievable gym. It has everything you could want, exclusivity, a low number of people working out at once, great trainers, and 24 hour access. I started working out at Q Fitness in September of 2010, benching around 55 pounds and am now able to bench 225 pounds. That is almost completely due to Mike Quarto’s training sessions and ability to motivate his clients. Mike is not only a personal trainer, but a physical therapist, and someone who has been working out since he was 8. He knows his stuff. He understands not only how to build muscle, but why and how the body works the way it does. Elizabeth, the second trainer, is kind and is excellent at what she does. You just cannot go wrong joining Q Fitness.
