Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Chester

Very convenient to our destination and to other attractions in the area. Helpful staff and totally smooth check in and out. Free breakfast was well stocked and of excellent quality. Our room was next to the elevator but no noise was noted. This will be our overnight destination of choice when we visit Longwood from now on!

I give this Holiday Inn location 2 stars due to the fact that we left an expensive toothbrush in one of their rooms, called later that day and the following day, very rarely getting ahold of the housekeeping manager nor receiving a return phone call from her, and nothing. DIshonest staff.

There are definitely both pros and cons to this hotel. The lobby and rooms are very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. We were also able to use their business center to check-​in and print out our tickets for our flights the following day.
We were placed in a room very close to the lobby on the first floor. It was extremely loud all night. There was a large group of children/​teenagers who entered the building around 11:00pm at night and I could hear them like they were right in front of me. I also heard people talking around 1:00am. There was also a slow dripping sound coming from the toilet in the bathroom and I eventually had to close the bathroom door so I couldn’t hear it.
I think staying in this hotel would have been a much better experience if we stayed on a different floor. However, I should note that the second floor was loft style so you could see the lobby from the balcony. You may be able to hear everything going on in the lobby from those rooms as well.

I liked this place enough I stayed here on the way back. Easy check in, reasonable rates, close to the attractions I was checking out (Longwood Gardens). Quiet when you needed to sleep and very easy to get in and out of. Wi-​Fi was free and there was a decent free breakfast in the morning. Overall, no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, stayed here on business. Front desk staff was happy and helpful.
