Still no response after several contacts and reviews. Posted a picture of our receipt w the partners name we spoke with, we will never go back. Horrible, unsanitary service, no follow through at all from part owners. No patronage from us and our friends and large family.

We went with the kids. The server was great. In no time our 3.5 yr old knocked over a glass of water, and she cheerfully took on the situation amid our apologies. Food-wise things were mostly awesome. My husband got the pumpkin ravioli, and he loved it. I had the pecan Parmesan crusted rainbow-trout, and the serving was more generous than expected. The mashed potatoes were a tad too garlicky, but I ate them anyway – and I do love garlic, but they could tone it down a bit. The server was well-intentioned at telling us the $ 6.50 child’s mac n cheese was cheaper than the $ 4.35 side of Mac n cheese because it comes with a side, but we didn’t need the additional food. Another note on that– it’s supposedly truffle Mac n cheese, and I do know the flavor of truffle, but there was no truffle flavor to the Mac and cheese, and I tried very hard to taste it. Still, dinner was enjoyable with good service. The food was cooked properly, and we will likely return.

The food is delicious. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a place that all I can say is «this is delicious» saying anything more would mean nothing. Oh yea, the staff is great too.

We are regulars on Wednesday nights for $ 6 Bang Bang shrimp! They take online reservations, which is a must for this busy night and the staff is always on point! My week doesn’t seem complete and my belly just isn’t as happy without our Wednesday routine!

Was served rotten fish. Manager tried to defend taste of fish… You know if fish is bad. Ammonia smell = is bad fish. Made no attempt to comp, credit, nor incentivize me to come back. DONOTGOTHERE!

The restaurant is high priced and it is expected for a sea food restaurant. But the food was not impressive. We went with our friends and tried a variety of food — Bang Bang Shrimp — Calamiri Fry — Trout Grill — Pad Thai Shrimp — Bang Bang Shrimp Sandwich When you pay the $ 14 to $ 16 for each entrée, you expect the food and restaurant to be impressive. But overall experience was just«ok». Not Recommended!

So we have been to several of their locations, but I had no idea that they served brunch! We stopped in on a Sunday when we had some time to kill and from how empty it was, I figured that no one else in the world knew they served brunch either! Not a lot to offer for brunch(missing some of the things I would think were staples i.e. biscuits, fruit…) but what they did have to offer was really good. The potatoes tasted more like mac & cheese, a little too rich for me for breakfast. They also had several omelets and different variations of eggs benedict. We are addicts of the Bang Bang shrimp so we went with the Bang Bang Benedict! It was really good. Meals are definitely big enough to share.

Our meal tonight was not worth the $$$. Appetizer red shrimp for $ 10 was six medium shrimp served in an iron skillet burned to perfection. Difficult to eat as they’re smokin’ hot and in the shell. Whatever the spices were was not a good combination, but it was difficult to get around the char. Waiter apologized but that’s it. My broccoli was old, the ends brown and way too salty and raw. For $ 28 the lobster tails, two said to weigh 5 – 6 oz each, must have been weighed including the shell as 2 – 3 oz was more like it. The cheesy potatoes are always good and my strawberry shortcake average. Hubby’s trout was so thin we could almost see through it and the crab fried rice was lacking in crab, a few shards dropped over the top. His side caesar was skimpy but the plate was chilled. Very disappointing in all.

Do not have them sit you by the bar. Too loud. If you have a large group don’t let them sit you in a booth next to the bars. Love the food but they make it to much like a disco.

My favorite seafood restaurant in Cincinnati for many years(frequented the NKY location in my younger days). I personally just love the ambiance. Happy Hour flavor at the bar and intimate dining on the other side. I love their bread & oil and they serve my favorite sauvignon blanc Merryvale Starmont. The dish that keeps me coming back for more is the Tilapia Imperial. I’m writing this review so that others might try and love this dish(making it less likely to ever be removed from the menu!!!) Thanks for your support :) Oh the service is excellent 95% of the time — they even let my 6 y old special order her fish off the kids menu!

Got right in no wait. Ceviche was good but only for one. The stuff tilapia was good but the sauce was not enough to cover the fish making the ends taste dry. I would ask for extra sauce next time. The bread on the side came out with the meal so not good time but was fresh and hot. Ok for good fish.

Review from a non seafood lover. I can occasionally visit a seafood establishment and order steak or chicken just to be in the mere presence of friends and families. First came the bang bang shrimp. It was tasty it almost made me give up on the notation that I don’t eat seafood. It was just that darn good. Next, came the bread with seasoned olive oil. This place is superb. When my fish came out it looked delicious. Again, I was equally surprised by the well seasoned soft white fish that was fried to perfection. The bar drinks were delicious. My hubby really liked his shrimp fettuccine. So, here I am the non seafood lover craving another trip to the Bone Fish Grill. I think I am now a previous non seafood lover. In essence the Bone Fish Grill can be life changing.

I couldn’t me more disappointed with my recent visit to Bonefish in West Chester. The only thing positive was the server. I have championed this chain on their muscles as enough to bring us back. That and my wife loves their sea bass. And it was her birthday so what she wants, she gets. Well, Friday night was the worst visit I’ve had and will likely not go back. They were out of the macaroni. The muscles were overcooked and served at almost room temperature. But, worst of all was our fish. The mahi mahi was bite sized. Like most of it was left in the kitchen. And the sea bass was half the size that it’s been in the past. I will post a photo in the photo section.

I have eaten here several times always good food, friendly service, tonight a very cold Jan evening and everything I ordered was lukewarm, bang bang shrimp, fish tacos, food good tasting just would have been so much better hot. I don’t like to send food back so I will try again and hope for a hotter meal.

Came here for dinner with the family. The atmosphere is a little crowded for my liking but it was warm and inviting. Here’s what I tried: Bang Bang Shrimp — it was OKAY. Just seemed like fried shrimp smothered in a chipotle mayo sort of sauce. After eating one, I was tired of the flavor. Chilean Sea Bass(with herb pesto) — DELICIOUS. The sea bass was flaky and fresh. Definitely get the pesto with it. Mahi Mahi — the portion was pretty small but it was grilled nicely. Would order again. As for sides, you can’t go wrong with the creamy mashed potatoes. I would steer away from the spaghetti squash, unless you like blandness. It literally had 0 flavor. Our service was good; waiter consistently came back to ask if everything was alright. Overall, this restaurant is a safe bet for a special occasion. Nothing TOO special but the menu is promising.

In town for a family visit and of course had to enjoy a meal at one of our favorite restaurants. The food was great, of course, except that they were out of the crab and corn chowder, which is on my Last Meal list. That was sad. So I subbed the lobster bisque, which was okay but not stellar. Not memorable, like the chowder. However, our service WAS memorable. Our table was waited on by the team of Sarah and Chad. It was Chad’s first night and Sarah was training him. And I can’t say enough about how good they were. Attentive without hovering, personable, warm… they were absolutely great wait-people and a real asset to Bonefish. We asked to speak with the manager just so we could compliment Sarah and Chad, but he never showed up at our table, so I just have to suffice with a Unilocal review. So go to Bonefish, enjoy a good meal(and hopefully some corn and crab chowder) and be sure to request Sarah and Chad as your server. They will make your evening!
