Applebee’s

I stopped here for lunch today. Billy was my server. Since it was pretty early in the day, they only had one server I think so everyone was seated in the same section. (There was another server by the time I left though) Unfortunately for everyone in our section, there was a family was an unruly little girl that banged constantly on the blinds and whined.
I get that you can’t always control your customers but the service was only so-​so anyway. There was a girl that brought all of my food out and got me a drink refill; I wish I knew her name because she’s the reason they got 3 stars instead of 1. She was awesome and brought everything in a prompt manner.
I hadn’t even taken a bite of my salad yet; in fact, I was still cutting everything up when billy came over to ask how it tasted! My response was «I just got it, I haven’t even tried it yet.» The final nail in my experience was the fact he brought me my check literally 4 minutes later. (Again, I literally had just taken my first bite or two!) I felt like I was being hurried out when the restaurant was only ¼ full; not a great feeling to have as a customer when you just want to enjoy your lunch out. Those were the only times he came to my table besides taking my order and collecting the check. Definitely could use some retraining in regards to customer service and customer cues. It’s a big pet peeve of mine to ask how something is when I obviously haven’t even tried it yet! I’ve never had that issue in any Applebee’s and my experience here really rubbed me the wrong way. I wouldn’t come back to this location.

Well, I saw a dead body. When I went to this particular Applebee’s location, I knew what I was in for. After all, I had been to several Applebee’s locations and was greeted with a similar experience each time (I usually order three things of spinach and artichoke and dip) This time started like any other, however, the older couple next to us were increasingly disturbed and eventually it was clear the older gentleman was having a heart attack. I stood up and yelled «WE’RE GONNA NEED A DOCTOR OVER HERE!!» and the scene was swarmed by servers and waitresses. However, everyone who saw the scene happen were simply flustered did NOT have proper heart attack training. Eventually, someone got the bright idea to call 911 but it was too late, he was dead. So if you want the Applebee’s experience and are willing to witness the horrors of death first hand, I have no qualms with this particular location.

Been here multiple times by far the best Applebees restaurant I’ve been to. Service is always great, food is always good, wait time are always manageable.

We have this ritual of stopping into the bar on Sunday afternoons. Having a fairly deep experience with bars/​restaurants, for a chain operation, this property is very well run. Bar smells clean and the staff is extremely polite and loves to engage customers in conversations.

They sat us at a «not so clean» table. Then the waiter brought us our plates, forks, knives and everything was dirty! The utensils had food that were stuck on them! SO GROSS! So I asked for plastic forks and they told me they had none! I asked for new forks. and they were just grossly the same!. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp platter and when it arrived it looked like pork/​rubber! And the plate looked like it was washed with no effort. The steak did not even look like beef!!! I asked the waiter if it was pork and she said no im 100% sure its beef. i ended up not eating it … and the waiter was rude she was standing in the corner laughing why i asked her was it pork? I will never return to apple bees, its the most gross place ever!

While eating bugs are flying around us and landing on food absolute garbage the nachos have some sort of wet cardboard tasting meat on it just a giant waste and disgusting

Quesadilla burger was good, so were the chicken wonton tacos.
I like the menu changes and will be back.

Usually not a fan of chain restaurants — especially Applebees — but a fellow grad student and I ventured here after slaving at the library one evening.
Great drink specials and, after a certain hour, half price appetizers. Definitely a good deal!
The server was nice and recommended some menu items. I ordered the Fiesta Salad based on her recommendation and it was precisely as she described.

Service is always good. Restaurant is clean and people are friendly.
Menu is typical American food with Weight Watcher selections, which is nice.
