Fallas Parades

Fallas is my total guilty pleasure. It’s next to my gym and I go in often to procrastinate on working out. It’s the ideal place for kids’ clothes of all ages and basic men’s and women’s tank tops ($ 3) and T-​shirts ($ 2 – 3). Kids grow so fast and at Fallas you can buy $ 1 – 3 T-​shirts and $ 6 pants and jeans. They also have tons of socks, undies (they are final sale for obvious reasons), PJs, and scrubs.
If you take the time, you can find some good stuff. For Christmas I bought a couple relatives puffer jackets for $ 7 each and they didn’t know the difference because they were just like the ones that could cost up to $ 40. I also bought $ 12 Chaps men’s sweaters and $ 3 – 6 polo shirts. I know, I’m a big spender!
They also sell housewares like curtains, bedding, and bathroom items. And, some toys, not great toys. I always have luck with backpacks and lunch bags when school starts.
They do charge 10 cents for a bag or you can bring in your own. A lot of stores are doing this now anyhow. I’ve never had problems with them taking away my purse or bag.

I only came here for the dollar panties … And now that they don’t have that anymore, I’m not interested ! First of all they ask for your bag (if it’s big enough to steal their cheap sh*t in there) when you come in the door and if you ignore them they chase after you. Now first of all, why would anyone want to steal this cheap bullsh*t. Your shorts are like 3 dollars and if I wanted to steal something I’d at least go somewhere where the clothes would be worth going to JAIL for (which is no where). One time I had to curve tf out them by saying «if you think I’m going to give you my purse with my wallet, phone and other personal things, to you, a stranger, whom I do not know, you are crazy and I will leave this store and go to the Ross next door.» And walked out. Ever since then they’ve stopped. And you know what else stopped? The 1 dollar panties. So no more Fallas Parades for me ! I also don’t like that there’s no returns or exchanges. Seems fishy. And it smells really weird in there, I can’t put my finger on what the smell is but its annoying.

My brother who works in the corporate offices told me to check this place out. I sure didn’t regret it and picked up many inexpensive and great things. I got some clothes for a costumes party and it wasn’t expensive at all. Next time, I am going to come back for some sportswear, which caught my eye. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place for those on a budget and looking for some nice looking clothes; come here.

I’m gonna make this one quick. Back-​story: I’ve been looking for some flip flops that I can slip on when I’m taking out the trash. I don’t want to have to put on sneakers just to walk a few feet. I don’t like those flip flops that go between the toes and I didn’t want full sandals that take as much effort to put on as shoes.
I wanted the kind that just go over the top of your foot and open in the back. You know the ones. Oh, and not house slippers neither.
I bought some cheap ones from Nike but don’t like um. Something told me «Rob, check out Fallas Parades.» I think this voice was talking to me because when I’ve been in that place before, I noted the low prices on everything.
Okay, bottom-​line: ultra comfortable open back sandals for 3 dollars!

Alright, I guess I can throw this in there: the place can be messy. It will remind you of Marshalls on a busy day. But there are deals to be had.

I don’t even know where to start… Oh, yes I do, what the hell is that smell when you first enter the store? Secondly, do you really need loss prevention? Who is stealing. from here? Why do. you have shirts in the kids section thay say «no money, no honey» seriously? Coogi shirts? This place is a HOT ASS MESS… I dont know where to start, I gave Fallas at least 3 stars because when I am done searching I come out with some good stuff! I think I need to apply for a job so I can get this place together. I’m done…
