I saw their booth when I was at ASD show in Las Vegas recently. They looked legit and they were also located in California, which is the same state I live in. When I asked one of the salesperson at the show, he said it normally takes 1 – 2 business day (s) to process the order and it ships out by FEDEX and then it takes 1 – 2 business day (s) for the shipping since I only live like 30 mins from their location. So I placed my first small order online to test them out and it’s been like 3 days since I placed my order and it still says processing. I called their customer service line and they have no idea what the status of my order is. If they don’t take any action by tomorrow, I will eventually cancel my order.
