I recently sought out Frank DeJackmo of Point Click Tailor to make a few custom suits for myself and business partner and I have to say they are truly the best. After having a less than satisfactory experience with other tailors, Frank was recommended to me with the promise of high quality products and excellent customer service. He more than exceeded our expectations. Frank came to my apartment in the city to measure and fit us, spending 3 hours with us going over every detail. I was impressed. Upon completion (which was exactly on the time he gave us), he came back to the city for a second fitting to ensure everything fit perfectly. He made the necessary adjustments and had our 4 perfect suits back to us a week later. I am in the customer service industry and can confidently say that service does not get better. Thank you so much Point Click Tailor. If you need custom bespoke clothing, look no further. You will not be disappointed.
