One of the worst service. Stand at the paint counter for about 15min, pressed the«help button» twice and I can hear the intercom pretty clear that someone«need assistant at the paint department». Still waiting as employees walk by and stare at me and I’m asking if someone can help me add color into a can of paint. Asking 6 different employees and being told someone will come while waiting another 15min. I prefer lowes in Braintree or any Home Depot. They’re more attentive.

I’ve shopped there a bunch of times. The staff is helpful and knows where anything is in the store –even when I describe it as «the thing that hooks onto the side of the door that attaches to the other thing with the magnet.» And they walk me right to the spot to get the thing I had in mind. I’ve also had the misfortune to buy something that I needed to return, and there were no problems at all.

I took some of my student’s here on a «field trip» today to ask the garden man some questions. Not only did Wayne answer all of my student’s questions thoughtfully and fully, he took a picture with us and offered to help us with our garden! What a delightful store to give business to.
