Tam O’shanter Country Club

Truly home away from home. This is one of the most beautiful and modern country clubs in the midwest. The golf course is well maintained. The golf professionals are nice and provide great lessons. The swimming pool is perfect for adults and families. The clay tennis courts are kept in great shape and there’s ample shade. Dave the Tennis Pro is very helpful. The locker room was recently renovated and is top notch. Highly recommend this club.

Beautiful, classic and elegant is how I would describe TamO’shanter Country Club. We had our wedding on June 18, 2011 here and when I share with you from the beginning of planning to the day of event, this was the perfect venue!
Marla Spaulding is the main coordinator you will work with and aside from being professional, helpful, supportive, she is so much fun to speak with, so personable and just a warm/​genuine person who made our wedding so personal and special!
They just recently remodeled the country club and it is simply elegant and gorgeous. The staff is excellent, the food — well, most wedding you attend you don’t remember the food, well at TamO’shanter, the food is the main attraction! With an incredible executive chef who can go head to head with world renowned chefs, he creates such amazing options from appetizers to incredible refreshing salads to the most mouth watering entrees. Oh, people are still talking about our menu!
Valet is terrific, wait staff is top notch, and not too mention, the gorgeous golf course, lovely pool area — you will love this beautiful venue either as your country club or event location (perfect for showers, rehersal dinners, etc…)
