I recently purchased a Living Social deal for this business. The deal was for an in-home couple’s massage, purchased for $ 149.00. After receiving the voucher I read it over and called to make an appointment as it INSTRUCTSTHEPURCHASEERTODOONTHEVOUCHER. My efforts were rewarded with a recorded message telling me to leave my information and someone would return my call within 15 minutes. 35 minutes later I receive a call back. I stated I have purchased a voucher and would like to make an appointment. I was curtly told to get on the website and make my appointment there. The representative then hung up on me without saying goodbye much less providing me with the web address or thanking me for my business. Using my Google-Foo I located the website and the«special Living Social Link». After filling in your life history, you are asked to pick a date for the massage… one date. After three failed submission attempts I was informed someone would be in touch within 24 hours. Somewhere close to that time frame I received an email telling me my selected date was not available, and that there were no appointments available until the following Wednesday. I was a bit disappointed, but responded to the email and asked for a time slot on Wednesday… It’s been over two days and I have yet to receive a response. I submitted yet another request via the website and it has gone unanswered. I’m going to be optimistic and say the delayed(or lack of) response and unavailability is because they were unequipped to handle the influx of business the Living Social promotion created, but the tactlessness poor customer service is simply inexcusable. We’ve yet to actually get our massages and they have already lost us as a customer. The whole idea of a massage is to reduce stress, not create it.
