Having read the earlier reviews, my daughter and I decided to try Sonny’s. We were sorely disappointed. The noise level was more than irritating. My omelot was dried out and tasteless. Even the bagel was unsatisfactory. It plainly was not fresh. The service was friendly but that does not make up for a poor environment and bad food

Coffee is great. Hubby and I have been here twice and both times I ordered the fluffy egg white omelet and loved it. First time tried the Hawaiian and second time the fruity one. Both amazing and wonderful flavors!

This is my absolute, favorite place for egg-​white omelets. Well, for omelets, period — my husband only gets regular egg omelets, fluffy of course.
Truly, like most people, I have eaten eggs over the country as well as a few out of country.
This is where I actually crave their omelets — fluffy & filled w/​any choice of filling. They have the driest, crispiest hash browns. The owner & the staff are very nice, recognize regulars & make sure your cup is full & you’re happy!
I can’t speak to any of their other food, because… I only get the egg white omelets!

Great fast service… Friendly and clean, although a bit outdated. Kid friendly as well. My sons chocolate chip pancakes were amazing. My pepperocini, olive, and mozzarella omelet was great as were the hash browns. Nothing better than fresh squeezed orange juice. My husband had a BLT with turkey. Overall it was very good, but a bit expensive… $ 34 for that meal.

One of our favorite breakfast places! I’ve been coming here with my mom and grandma for as long as I can remember. Consistantly great food and great service, never a complaint. Except for maybe the line out the door!

Love this place! I have been coming here for 10 years weekly with my family and friends. They know my name and my order! Everything is delicious and fresh. Highly recommend.

Good, clean, fast and straight forward. The service was excellent and friendly. The food is tasty. Had eggs and my mom had pancakes, we were both very satisfied and will come back again and again.

I had the pleasure of being invited out for brunch at Sunny’s Café and I quite enjoyed it. It was not too crowded, the décor is nice. (I really like the cool mural on the wall.) The service is great, my friend is a regular so they had this nice waiter/​customer banter going on.
I ordered a Hawaiian omelette with hashbrowns. It was delicious, ask for your hashbrowns extra crispy. My friend had the vegetarian omelette, which looked superb. It had broccoli in it! They kept the drinks coming and were very attentive to us.
It was a good experience all in all, it’s just hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Other than that, a nice place to go.

I’ve lived like three minutes from this place for the last year; however, I’ve never taken the opp to check it out until now.
Sunny’s is your typical hole-​in-​the-​wall kinda coney island with a mural on the wall from from «Breakfast at Tiffany’s», it’s small, and very cramped, my table was actually right in front of the cash register, so that was a little annoying… no big deal tho, right?
The service was so-​so, the coffee was terrible, I mean it was BAD. The selection of omelettes left much to be desired on the breakfast menu. I opted for a mexican omelet, which in most cases has cheese, chili, tomatoes, etc. My omelet was well, not so much like that… it was served with a side of bland, boiling hot salsa and cheese, all for a whopping $ 8.00. My GF who had an omelete has the same dismal experience with her food as well. We both were severely disappointed with this place, the food, and how much it cost. I think it goes without say that we will not be back there ever again.
