The actual massage was great.
The customer service, however, not so great. They told me over the phone that minors don’t need a guardian present, but when I went to sign the form it said they do. The receptionist seemed like she didn’t really know what she was doing. I was told to change in the bathroom and wait on the couches for my massage therapist. I felt very uncomfortable sitting in the open waiting area in a robe and slippers, which were probably worn by many people before me. Overall, before and after the massage they did not treat me very respectfully, were not helpful and I felt rather uncomfortable and unclean.
On top of this, it took me 15 minutes to figure out where to park and another 10 walking around outside and inside the building trying to figure out where the salon entrance was.

I had the best facial I have ever had at L’Aryolas. Bobby (my facialist) was excellent and extremely knowledgeable regarding skin care and products. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I left feeling I got my money’s worth in a luxurious, pampering environment.
The place was quiet, well appointed and professional.
I will be back!

My boyfriend bought me a group on to this place for a massage. When I told the lady on the phone it was groupon, she became not so nice and informed me there were only certain days for groupon massages. Took me an entire month to get it scheduled. Other than that negative experience, the massage was quite nice, and thorough.

I bought my wife a gift certificate from here once.
Four years ago.
Her experience, as she described it, was «meh» at best.
However, what truly warrants this one star decree of suckage is whoever their new marketing person is that obviously took every phone number they had in their database and decided to start spamming them to no end.
Eight text messages within 8 minutes?
Really?
That seems like a reasonable practice to you?
Avoid this place… or if you can’t, make sure you give them the phone number of someone you hate.
