We love going to Twist and supporting a locally owned business. Scott knows us and treats us very well every time we go in no matter how long it has been. We highly recommend Twist to everyone and bring friends every chance we get. Hope to see him during the winter this year.

My custard (pistachio I think?) was really yummy! Nice selection of flavors and toppings. I’m surprised it wasn’t busier, since the ice cream is very good and the location is in a pretty busy area.

Love this place. I had the rice Krispy treat recipe with in a waffle cup and it was delicious. Can not wait to go back and try more. Definitely a place to try.

This is a great example of a family owned business with a great product. I, for one, like frozen custard way better than the ice milk serves at the popular chain. Twist not only has the classic flavors, but can also make a Saunders cream puff with hot fudge. Service also sets this establishment apart from the rest. An owner who cares about his customers and provides great service.

Stopped in after we had some time to kill before our flight back home to Vegas. Just a bunch of dudes after a softball tournament. Ice cream was really good and the guys working there were really cool.

AWESOME! Scott the owner is a great guy, and he serves the BEST in fresh custard and frozen yogurt! Toppings are yummy as well, this is a year round place and is worth it wherever your coming from!!! A favorite! :)

After leaving Los Angeles, where yogurt shops are as abundant as «medical» marijuana dispensaries, I’ve truly missed … quality frozen desserts! Well, as luck would have it, after leaving the United Artists Theater in Commerce, I was pleasantly surprised to find a postcard for Twist affixed to my windshield — I had to give it a try! Ever since I indulged in their Play-​doh Twister (a mix of vanilla custard with cookie dough and sprinkles), I’ve been hooked! Their custard is very creamy, the flavor isn’t overpowering, and it has no «chemical» aftertaste (unlike some of its «low-​calorie» competitors). The staff is exceptionally pleasant, the facility is immaculate, and my family has uniformly enjoyed every yogurt and custard flavor they’ve sampled. It’s a bit of a hike for me, but well worth it — I highly recommend Twist and wish them much success!

I’ve seen the signs posted along Haggerty north of Maple for this place. «Now Open,» they proclaim. Tonight I was jonesing for some soft serve so we went in to try. VERY good frozen custard and also yummy fro yo’. The interesting «twist» here is that they have all the flavors under the rainbow in syrup type form. You can choose from more than 24 of them, they blend it into the base and the soft serve keeps its consistency. I was a chicken — ok maybe I am just a purist — and just got choco/​van twist in a cup with Oreo bits. My BF got black cherry made with the vanilla base. Very interesting and tasty.
I have a soft spot for good soft serve frozen custard, so we will be back.
