It’s your standard Dairy Queen– good menu selection and something for everyone. This place can get busy, like all ice cream shops, but never a long wait. Friendly service and clean.

This Dairy Queen sports a lot of old nostalgic photos of hot Michigan days paired with ice cream cones. I’ve always had good interactions with the DQ staff and they’ve given good recommendations. I can’t wait to taste all of their seasonal fall flavors. So far, pumpkin pie is winning: D

Used to live near here and go all the time. Get yourself a coupon from online or in the mailers they used to send out(not sure if they still do). DQ is DQ … the ice cream is always good though. I usually got either a Blizzard or a twist cone.

Whenever my wife and I take the grandchildren out for a treat, this is the place we go. Sometimes we just take ourselves. I don’t miss the original building as it is the ice cream that I go for. It is always good.

Don’t go here!!! Jay the owner is creepy he hires young girls and stares at them from the back room all day long. Jay’s prices are higher then most DQs in the area and if you want good ice cream go to the local shop — Dairy Twist.

It’s not Jay’s Dairy Queen anymore, it’s DAVE&LORI’s Dairy Queen! And they have taken the sloppy old DQ to new standards. Great service, great treats! It was time for a change, and a welcome one it is!

I’m only giving this 3 stars because it’s not what it used to be. This Dairy Queen has been around for like 50 years(or thereabouts) and up until a couple years ago it was small and quaint and old skool. The old retro freestanding building was torn down a few years ago and in it’s place they put a condo-looking building with sleek ‘hipster’ storefronts. The ice cream here is just fine… but the nostalgia of and old ice cream joint is long gone.
