My wife and I ordered a bed in mid October 2015. We were told they had a new computer system and that it may take a little longer than normal to have the bed delivered. In the meantime we have set up for or five different deliveries all of which have been canceled by the company. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced from any company and all of my life. Now that I have experienced with this company is like to deal with I do not even want the bed anyway. I requested a refund on the bed and I’m still waiting on that. I highly recommend anybody looking for a bed they do not buy through sleep number. They will highly regret it. All they do is take your money and give you nothing. This company is criminal. Do your own research and go to the Post to page comments on their Facebook page and you’ll see all the problems that this company has. If there was an option to give zero stars that is actually my score for this company

After spending almost $ 10,000 with absolutely no discounts given except an assurance of how much we will love the Sleep # bed! it is now exactly 7 weeks to the day of our purchase and the bed is yet to be delivered. On the receipt it indicates that«estimated delivery will be within two weeks.» It’s now 7 weeks and no bed. One would think that promises from an allegedly esteemed merchant would guarantee their word. But not so. When we continuously called to get updates on the delivery, there was always a different answer. There was one promise however, 6 weeks after purchase to split our bed from the bed head and make two deliveries within 5 – 6 days of each other 7 weeks later. Both promises are now broken with one person scrambling to try and get us a delivery after saying the bed was not ready. A bed that was promised to be delivered in two weeks as per receipt! Shoddy company. Taking consumers’ money, making promises they make no effort to keep and insinuated that we were lying about the phone calls we had with Customer Service in NJ. If we had to do this over again we would take our money elsewhere. Without question! In addition, we indicated on the day of purchase in Tampa that we live in NY but could arrange to be back in Tampa for delivery on Feb 11th-12th up to a few days later. No one listened. They just took our money, made promises with no intention of fulfilling, leaving us without a bed 7 weeks later and counting.

This is the real deal, no gimmicks. The most economical, customizable, outstanding mattress and sleeping experience I’ve ever had. If anything, you should visit the store to have them analyze your sleeping alignment. Invested in the Sleep Number bed last year. We really got a great deal. Sure, you can spend $ 1K to $ 10K on one of these things, or you can wait for a sale. Our model was a closeout. Originally $ 4200, got it got 50% off. Here’s some things you may not know about these mattresses: — 25 year limited warranty — Prorated replacement policy — Top layers dry cleanable My sleep number is 55 — like a rock. It’s perfect. These mattresses allow you to purchase a piece separately, should you ever need to change anything out. On most models, you can remove the top layers and dry clean them. You can also rotate the foam inserts to get equal wear and tear. Definitely worth the investment. Originally tried the iComfort by Serta — their version of a memory foam. It was terrible. Hot, too firm, and nonadjustable.
