–AVOIDTHISPLACE– Shoddy workmanship and a total lack of customer service. Paid roughly $ 30 to have the crystal changed on my watch. I provided the crystal so I think that’s an average price for labor. The problem was it took FOUR times and three trips there to get it right. First time/trip, the chapter ring was misaligned. Second time/trip, the chapter ring was off, again. Third time there was dust/particles/finger print on the inside of the crystal. Fourth time/trip, they finally got it right. I wanted my watch clean and properly aligned and the female working there was cleary annoyed with this outrageous request of mine. She didn’t once try to offer a word of positivity towards the situation during any of our interaction. Just a complete lack of service, visible disgust with me, and a passive aggressive manor.

What a joke! What a rip off! So this place quoted me $ 42 for a battery for my Movado watch. Hell no I’m no dummy so find another sucker. I went to batteries plus and got a battery plus lifetime warranty for under $ 20.

Quality of work sucks and they insulted me with a $ 25 watch battery change. Nice try, went next door to JC Penny for $ 8. Total rip off.

I had to get 2 watch batteries changed in my ESQ watched(which I had replaced there before), but this time the gentleman told me I needed to pay $ 30-$ 35 each, but that they come with a 5 year warranty. I’ve had to take them back since, which is ridiculous. I’ll go to my local jeweler next time — this was a total rip-off.

The service was decent as far as mannerism. However, I’m sure they have a business to run too. The quality of work though I was not thrilled or impressed with. They are surely overpriced as well. I needed help with a band shortening which I’ve always been able to do myself. He charged me $ 12… to shorten a band. He changed a rubber piece on my husband’s watch(and charged $ 17 + another few bucks for a battery) to help it stay waterproof. It turned out to be the complete opposite and water kept running into the watch and rusting it up making it unusable. We were so disappointed with this place and couldn’t help but feel jipped. It’s just not right!
