Dunkin’ Donuts

I really don’t understand all of the poor reviews for the Wellesley Baskin-​Robbins /​Dunkin Donuts combination. I love this location!

Super updated Dunkin Donuts here, with good food & lots of it, even at 5pm, not something that happens at all or many of the other Dunkin locations in the area. Friendly staff working at both Dunkins & Baskin Robbins. Plus, average prices and lots of seating, indoor and out. I didn’t buy much here (as being here more for the Baskin Robbins), but the bagels here were delicious (as they are from any Dunkins), and the staff members, as I said, were friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the updated lighting, seating, as well as front and back entrances (back entrance includes a large parking lot, as well as access to Wellesley Books, Boloco, Gap, and a bank).
Overall, great Dunkin Donuts with a Baskin Robbins inside. Will be returning.

Great addition to Wellesley with a combination ice cream and coffee shop. Very community oriented supporting local organizations. Good parking and plenty of table and chairs WiFI. It does get very busy at times but that is because it is very popular.

All I can say is «oh my god «
Like someone else wrote this place is a disaster
They have one or two decent employees Who are not there very often
I order the exact same thing every time yet I have to explain it three times and they still get it wrong. It looks like a couple of children whose babysitter just stepped out for a few minutes. On My last visit after about six minutes I asked them if they had an order for a sandwich. They asked me what kind is it, didn’t bother looking at the slips or anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone

This was not an isolated incident. They Rarely get the order right if ever
The coffee itself is unlike regular Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Tastes like Bad water

Spare yourself the trip

This location is a Baskin-​Robbins/​Dunkin Donuts combination. It is consistently a mess — from the poor service (very slow, disorganized, not staffed well — (too few people working as well as poor attitude of the people working — they don’t seem to want to be there) to the poor quality of the food). I generally love both brands and have had many good to great experiences at other locations. Today I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes and I got 2 orders of 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream with about a teaspoon of hot fudge in each, no nuts. It took the person working there about 10+ minutes to make the sundaes so as she handed them to me I paid. As I was walking away, I took a closer look and questioned her about the lack of hot fudge and nuts and all she said was «we’re out of both». I told her that she should have mentioned that to me after I’d ordered but before she went through the trouble of making them for me as I would have ordered something different. She shrugged her shoulders and went to wait on someone else. There are too many other, good ice cream shops and coffee shops in Wellesley to have to come back here. Not worth the money or the trip.

Things I like: 1. great coffee, 2. wonderful staff, 3. wifi, 4. great wall plugs at each table with usb ports for charging your phone. 5. it is a test site so they get things first –eg. gluten free muffins, 6. open late
Things to fix: 1. change the music to something without words so we can work here, 2. lower the volume on the music, 3. the AC/​HEAT is ALWAYS blowing — usually too cold — bring a sweater or 3, 4. more comfortable chairs please

I was skeptical to learn that a DD was opening in Wellesley Center. Usually these are found in strip malls or off main highways. This is actually a nice space with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They even have an in-​house cake decorator that can specialize your donut with flowers or a happy birthday. Free wifi too!
