I am extremely disappointed in this location. I go tanning near a Dunkin Donuts that advertised for a week prior that all veterans would get free coffee on Veteran’s Day. When my girlfriend came to work with me, she wanted to get breakfast and I wanted to get a tea. It was my suggestion to her, to get her free coffee as a veteran. Although we were paying customers, I still thought it was a nice gesture on DD’s behalf to offer this, and why shouldn’t she take advantage of it? She did just get back from Afghanistan. When She went into this location, not only was the girl at the counter extremely rude to her, she made her feel embarrassed by shouting to another worker«we aren’t giving anything away for free today are we?» with a less than understanding tone. Nobody seemed to know what was going on nor did they stop to take the time to accommodate her. Not only did she pay for the coffee without complaining, but she also started out her Veteran’s Day embarrassed and upset. Regardless of locations running different promotions, this was one that should have been upheld throughout every DD franchise. Something that could have been really nice, was turned sour by these terrible employees and management.

Of course there’s a Dunkin Donuts at the Natick Travel Plaza, a rest area on the Massachusetts Turnpike that’s just before you head into the really bad Boston traffic. But did you know that this one is a drive through location? Yep! Sure, you can go inside as well. That’s the best way to choose your donuts. But if you just want a cup of really good DD coffee, this is the spot. Because America — and the Mass Pike — runs on Dunkin.

Very rude employees, they got our order wrong TWICE and looked as us like we were lying about it. Also it would have been nice to have some napkins, but we didn’t get any.

Was there again this morning, unfortunately sometimes when in a rush to work you have to bite the bullet and get your coffee. As I’m standing in line this morning with about 6 other customers we overhear the girl wearing the drive thru window headphones loudly declaring that she«hates people» and«I don’t care! It’s too early for this shit.» As I watched her she bagged two different customers items and then literally threw them across the store towards the drive up window and laughed as the bags smashed against the wall and fell into other items on the counter. The other workers just laughed at this and continued as if nothing was wrong. I spoke up about it, asking if this is how they treat all the customers and items we purchase here. Of course they all played dumb as if nothing has happened, then asked me «What? What’re you talking about.» So I persisted and explained that she clearly has a bad attitude and that this was just wrong. She wouldn’t even look at me except to give me a glare and then stated«I don’t know what he’s talking about!» Amazingly arrogant and disgusting display of customer service and lack of anything even remotely concerning professionalism or customer service. Whoever owns this place really needs to clean it up in there. All these girls do is talk, yell, and ignore customers on a regular basis. After this display of immaturity or leadership/supervision I’m scared to think just how filthy the place is as well, if they could care less about acting this way in front of us why would they care to even clean when we’re not looking. Owner! Do something about your business please!

After stopping here a few times and always having the worst service and my orders constantly screwed up, I contacted the GM to let him know he should do something about the staff here. I know it’s right off the highway and probably hard to hear people ordering in the drive through, but how many times do I need to say my order? And yet they still don’t get it right. I don’t know how one would hear«Large ICED Vanilla Latte» and then make a small HOT regular coffee. Must be a language barrier or something. Anyways, I only stop here if Im running late to work, and it’s a absolute coffee emerengcy! The staff is more interested in hanging around and talking to one another, while cars pile up in the drive through, then making orders correctly.

I’m as surprised as you are, but this might be the best Dunkins I go to. Yes, it’s on the PIke. I was hesitant to check this one out but I was in dire need of a boost one morning and had to make the stop. Wow. If you go to Dunkin’ for the reason most people do — the coffee — this is where you should be stopping. It’s never burned, bitter or stale. I get an iced coffee even through the winter months(I AM A BADASS!) but even in January the iced coffee is fresh and delicious. They get my order right 99% of the time and they don’t give me grief on the rare occasion I have to send one back. The people who work there are incredibly friendly, they don’t roll their eyes if I ask for something complicated and I never have to wait long once I order. They will fulfill pre-orders; I stopped on Friday morning and requested two Boxes of Joe for Saturday at 5:15 am… they were ready for me when I got there and they had packed up the creamers and sweeteners. I was out of there at 5:16. The one downside, if you care about it, is that the bagel and donut selection is a little light. They don’t get deliveries that often since they’re on the Pike. But who cares? Their bagels suck and you’re looking a little tubby anyway. Their regular prices are a hair higher, but they’re always offering the specials that you see in the commercials. Do it. I know you’re skeptical, but trust me. And thank me. BOOM.
