Marco Polo Pizza is apparently a conglomerate(first use of that word, by me, on Unilocal!) of multiple restaurants in a food court attached to a local business tower. As a vegan, I generally can’t eat food court pizza due to the cheese, but next door, they have salads and wraps. I asked for a veggie wrap, but they were a bit limited on veggies, so I asked them to walk over to the salad side — where there were tons of fixings for salads — and import some random veggies for my wrap. I actually ate here twice: first day was a veggie wrap and french fries, second day was veggie wrap and a bag of chips. Each day, the veggie wrap was pretty much identical. The fries were yummy and tasted«clean.» As a vegan, it’s sometimes hard to get fast-food fries that aren’t cooked in other animal-related items. The chips were super tasty and hit the spot. I ended up getting a «meal deal,» which came with a fountain drink. I got the Minute Maid lemonade, and it was loaded with High-Fructose Corn Syrup(HFCS) and sugar. I took a sip or two, considered the proliferation of diabetes in our culture, and tossed the remainder. Overall, this was decent food for a food court, although I probably wouldn’t have chosen any of the restaurants in this foot court as my first choice if given the option. I gave them a three-star instead of a two-star because they worked with me on the vegan thing and were very pleasant when I asked if they could increase the volume and diversity of the wrap with veggies from the salad prep area. For those who use credit cards or debit cards, I recall seeing a $ 5 minimum purchase, but that shouldn’t be challenging if you just get the meal deal. Just wish«bottled water» had been an option…

Really good NY style pizza slices, very impressive for a food court. Price is very good too at $ 2.50 a slice.
