Bright Horizons at Lincoln Harbor

Our child has been enrolled since this daycare opened in April 2015. We could not be happier with the teachers and the environment. The children learn about a new subject each week and apply it to writing, math, science. The teachers actively engage the parents. My child runs into school with a smile every day. The amount of children in each classroom is small, so my child gets good one on one attention. I was worried about potty training, but Bright Horizons made it so easy and they were extremely supportive.
I highly recommend this child care center to anyone looking!

We sent our daughter there for almost 6months or so. We loved toddler 1/​ms. Emily’s class so we decided to stay. When Ms Emily left this location things changed fast for us.
They use online app to log in daily report, which takes most of the care takers time_​they are always on iPad to log stuff vs. attending to the kids. This daily log reports are always the same, which means it’s not accurate! I’ve witnessed Ms Diane mistreating the kids and reported to the faculty. I did not see any adjustments made till we left. I’ve witnessed a child’s lunch get dumped into trash because she walked around the classroom during lunch, when she came back to ask for her food. it was already gone! So upsetting for us parents who packed the lunch, hoping she will be encouraged for extra bite at school vs. dumping the food!!! I’ve also witnessed a child getting almost thrown to changing table. I personally had an incident where my child was neglected with soiled diaper and had bad rash! When we asked to confirm the incident the caretaker ms. Diane just told us that did not happen_​as in my daughter never had a soiled diaper that day. How funny how my child came home in extra clothes and the packed clothes obviously smelled like poop: P We loved how clean the facility looked at first but I’ve learned my lesson that it’s all about the caretakers. Please don’t work with kids if you don’t have the heart for them.
I don’t recommend the toddler class as long as there’s Ms Diane there. I have to say the staffs (Marie & Crystal) are very professional and kind. I’ve also spoke to parents attending preschool program there and they didn’t recommend it as well so we are moving our child to another daycare.
