Went through drive-thru and«ordered» a $ 50 gift card and pulled up to pay. This is the following conversation between me and the girl at the window and the manager: «Do you have the gift card yet?» «No, but I need to get one.» (Looking around confused) «you don’t have it?» «No.» (She’s talking with manager — which I can completely hear everything) I’m then trying to hand them my debit card… Manager: so you do have the gift card?! Why did you tell her that you didn’t???(Closes window walks away) I’m still baffled by the lack of knowledge how to ring up a gift card and then by the appalling customer service — not only by the girl, but the manager even more so! I’m also still so confused… If I had just pulled up… how would I have the gift card??? And then be scolded for it… not sure what they were talking about — my form of payment?!? Regardless, Hugo was so rude and condescending to me for his(at best) lack of correct word choice(gift card vs debit card) who knows — - he needs training ASAP.

Worst customer service ever. Rude girl at the drive thru not once, not twice but three times. I try to avoid this location now.

*sigh* Every time I think I want to blow a few calories on some yummy, delicious, greasy fast food, I always regret it. Not because I feel guilty about the food I ate, but because wherever I go, the food usually isn’t that good. Case in point: today at this Sonic. We were the ONLY car there… literally the only people in the drive thru OR the car hop area, so please explain how we got cold food? We. Were. The. Only. Customers. There. Everything we ordered was cold, plus we got tots instead of fries with one meal. I don’t like cold tots, neither does hubby. I think someone is trying to tell me something. I need to start listening, and stop being disappointed, and blowing calories on crap. *sigh*

Let me start by saying that I like Sonic. It’s near the top of the fast food burger joints for me, if I have to. We stopped for a quick lunch on the way to the NASA Space Center. Mistake! The server was pretty rude. She had her SUV parked in the spot right outside of the front door a couple of spots from where we parked and was in and out of it several times while we were there. She reeked of cigarettes, had filthy hands with dirt under her freshly chewed fingernails and looked like she was trying to recover from an extremely hard night of partying. They got the order wrong, excluded one of the drinks and on top of that, overcharged us for what we did get!!! Parking lot and sit down areas were both dirty as well. Clearly the worst Sonic I have ever visited. I still like Sonic, but would go hungry before ever stopping at this location again!

There is a female waitress who roller skates. She smiles all the time. She goes out of her way to make you feel good!!! I love that sort of attitude. She really seems to be a great employee!

I’m from Northern California so we dont have Sonics around here, First time here and loved it. The food is real good not your typical MCdonalds flavour considering its a fast food restaurant, and the roller skates make the experience even better. good place to go and chill with your friends.

I love Sonic. I love EVERYTHING about sonic. But I don’t love it when my drinks are watered down and don’t have as much flavor as other Sonics. I’ve tried this place three times for drinks and every time was dissatisfied. Go ahead and visit. Just get water.
