McDonald’s

Waited in line in the drive through. Finally got to the window to pay, and then the rude girl with my bag of food tells me they only take cash. Like what the hell is that? So I guess they tossed my food. I left with nothing… Nice fail McDonald’s. Long story short I went to Whataburger.

OMG, WTF, I felt like I was being Punked. I placed my order and I had to repeat it 5 times, yes 5 times. then I get to the window and I gave the girl $ 20 and she gave me the change for a 20 plus my 20 back. So I gave her the $ 20 back and then she rang up the order for the car behind me and gave me the change for that… WHAT? She should move out of the trailer park and go back to school. Then I get my nuggets and I say to myself that I better count them. Then I looked up and there was the Brotha in the drive through window combing his afro with an afro pick… WHAT IS HAPPENING? I gave her the food back and said that I just wanted my money back. The manager came to the window (didn’t ask me what the problem was) and she opened the draw so the girl can give me back the refund, and yes, she handed me a $ 20 bill. I just left and went to Taco Bell. Seriously Train your people.

I come to this mcdonalds a few times a week my boyfriend and i always order 20pc chicken nuggets cooked well done and always come at night. The older woman and the young black guy with gauges always get our order correct and are very nice. Also we dont mind waiting more time to get them cooked right. Well tonight was different. I went there and ordered the usual and this woman ive never heard before took my order. I asked her for them well done but i noticed she didnt put it on the screen like they usually do so i told her at the end of the order just thats all just make them well done extra crispy. I check my chicken nuggets and they werent cooked well done. I told her and she just said she cooked them well done… i just told her sorry to be a bother but these arent cooked more than normal. I mean hey that might sound ridiculous of me but i like them cooked that way and i am paying for them. No one else there has a problem with it. I waited 5 more minutes and that was fine because i was thinking atleast they’ll be well done. but no. i saw her laughing to her co worker as she walked over to me then gave me nuggets that were the EXACT same way as when i gave them to her… she also threw them in the bag upside down spilt everywhere. I still thanked her but she said nothing. Normally I wouldnt care if someone messed up and didnt know what i meant by well done and then fixed the problem but i explained it to her and she was rude about it and didnt even fix them. Maybe im over reacting but it was just awful customer service. No one likes to work late shift but come on its your job and how you make money. Also if i cant order them the way i want them then im not going to waste my money on something i dont like. I definitely wont come order here anymore now

Window people have been rude the last two times I’ve been here. Parking lot is very small. Long lines inside and out.
Food selections seem like they are a bit smaller than other locations (maybe a different vendor?).
They are slow. Not sure if it’s the back up in the area. They are on a main road, and only McDonald’s I would say in about 8 miles in any direction, so they stop here. I only go when my child goes to turn paperwork in at the college so I can avoid paying for the parking at the nearby college.
Food is same as any other McDonald’s. Same taste just seems like smaller portions.
I will go back if I’m in the area, but I am not going to go out of my way to go there.

this place rip me off on fries too many time. service is really slow. won’t be back at this place again.

Huh. I’m a regular at McDonald’s. Whoda thunk? Not me, surely. I always say I do not like McDonald’s. And I don’t. I don’t like the fries, or the Quarter Pounder or the McNuggets or the *blech* McRib. No, thank you! What do I like there that keeps me going back? The salads! Or, to be precise, one salad in particular… the Southwestern Salad with Grilled Chicken. 390 calories (with the Southwest dressing) of deliciousness. At McDonald’s. Color me surprised!
This McDonalds is easy to get to but kinda a pain for parking… ok, ok, a parking pain for the suburbs, at least! It’s in the same strip mall as a Starbuck’s so sometimes it’s hard to find a place up front… BUT there’s loads of parking in the back, so really I shouldn’t complain.
The people seem pretty nice; sometimes they are super great, other times, not so much. But they’ve never been rude, so that’s a plus.
The place is clean and the bathrooms are as well, so even though I don’t like the majority of things on the menu, the one thing I do like will keep me going back.

Who heck writes a review about a McDonald’s? Well I’ll be the first say that the folks at this particular location deserve a review.
Now I know most people don’t want to admit that they eat McDonald’s just as much as they don’t want to admit they shop Walmart. Well I must confess I eat at McDonald’s…and dare I say enjoy it sometimes. Well my fiancé likes to study at the Starbucks which is located next to this McDonald’s, so tend to stop maybe once every 2 weeks here to grab a quick bite.
Each and every time the staff at this location are just awesome. Seriously, they are prompt and friendly. The restuarant is always impeccable, cleaner than high end restaurants. When you place your order, they actually bring your tray to you. What McDonald’s actually does that? We were almost shocked this happened the first time we were here.
The manager will come out to wipe down tables and make small talk and just be super friendly overall. The drive-​thru cashiers are equally as awesome, when you get to the window the pay, they smile and ask if you need anything, and their well wishes to enjoy your day/​meal, seriously just make me feel good because they feel so heartfelt, it’s almost hard to describe, maybe because its so unexpected. It’s weird that this is a fast food place… seriously this McDonald’s really makes me smile… I know so cliché.
