I really enjoy this restaurant. We have been there twice this week(near closing) and we will definitely be back. The restaurant itself is very clean and the employees are cheerful and friendly. The price is cheap and the taste is decent. The portion sizes are enough for one person but if you are looking to pig out, this won’t be enough. I would recommend trying Noodles.

Nice atmosphere. Little pricy. I had the Japanese pan noodles pretty good. Worth a try anyway.

If I could I would have given them 5 stars for the effort they put in serving the customer and the I would give them 4 stars for the food. When we mentioned that in our previous visits we got very dry noodles, obviously being low on sauce, the lady at the counter Maritza called the manager Herschel to cook it for us. I must say he did a much better job than other cooks without using extra sauce(or so he says). In other Noodle&Company locations(in Salt Lake city and St. Louis) they use more sauce which definitely gives better taste. I can understand as a corporate franchise you would want to save money wherever you can. Herschel and Maritza’s efforts won me over and I would recommend this place to everyone and I am sure they will continue to improve

I was really surprised by all the bad reviews for the price point I think you really get a decent noodle! We have been here several times and have always had prompt service and hot noodles for the family.

Will never go back. This place was a waste of money. I ordered the Japanese noodles… The noodles were dry and there was not much for the price. Pei Wei’s noodle dishes are cheaper, better, bigger and in the same shopping center. The girl bring our order to the table complained how hard she was working that day and was weirdly loud and unprofessional. It seemed like someone’s dad got the idea of opening up the franchise and hired all his family who didn’t want to work there. Don’t waste your time or your money, trust me.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been to this place three times and have had bad experiences in all three. Second occasion we ordered and waited and waited. Then we noticed about 4 other tables were waiting. Three to 4 people working a lunch crowd ? We decided to cancel the order get our money back and go somewhere else! Slow service, we had to clean off our own tables, and an order sent out wrong. I will never go back to this location again. I don’t see them staying in business very long unless they get better management.

I honestly never type reviews up. But as a avid food lover. I ordered to go. My container of noodles were dry as a hot Houston summer. I had the urge to go back to the store after traveling for 15 mins to get my food. I wanted to throw the bowl at the door and leave. I am furious. Never again. Or don’t waste your money. Staff was nice. You could probably make it better at home.

This place gets an A for effort… but… it was a dud for me. So upon walking in I realize that this is a self serve restaurant… So you go in and order at the counter then you’re pretty much on your own. I have no issue with that but just a warning to those who like service. So its a noodle place… the menu ranges from mac and cheese… to italian inspired… and even asian. I personally didn’t like that… I mean it’s good if you can’t figure out what to eat and one person wants this and the other wants that but… this just means that the restaurant is going to do one type of cuisine really good and the other one poorly. I think we both ended up getting the pad thai. and it was pretty bland. I’ll have to try it again before I cross it completely off my list so for now… 2 stars.

It was mediocre. I liked the employees. They were really nice. The inside is modern and chic which is pleasant. I had the Pad Thai. Nothing special. The tomato bisque was pretty good.

I used to eat at Noodles & Company when visiting in Maryland on a daily basis. That was about five years ago, but I was excited about the opening on a location on my side of town in Houston. I ordered the pesto cavatappi pasta, but it just didn’t do it for me. My bf ordered the pad Thai noodles ad didn’t finish his dish and that says a lot for him. My tomato soup was as good as I remember, but the pasta was not on point. The chairs are also too high for the tables which made dining a bit awkward. The staff was nice and friendly, but the thrill is gone. I’ll try again in a couple of weeks as I really want this place to thrive!

I loved Noodles and Company back at Purdue so it was fun to find one in Clear Lake. The seating area is pretty modern and nice and they have a decent outdoors(however, it is in Houston so I won’t be making that choice for awhile!). I got my tried and true favorite: Indonesian peanut sauté. I also like pad Thai but the sauté is a bit spicier. It’s a little over $ 2 to add meat but if you just get a small noodle(plenty of food, believe me! The size is deceiving), you can walk out paying around $ 5 for fresh food that fills you up. Yummy!

Good food, great atmosphere! However, they are still working out some of the kinks. I waited for 30 mins for them to tell me they did not have the noodles I wanted and then waited another 20 to get my new order. These delays hopefully with time and practice can be corrected.

We’ve eaten at Noodles all over the Midwest and it’s our kid’s favorite place to go for a quick bite out, but our experience at this Noodles & Company was by far the worst we’ve had anywhere. We were dining on a weekday evening ~7:15 and the restaurant was not overly crowded. At first glance they had 2 – 3 people working the counter and at least 4 people were visible in the kitchen. The dining area was about half full and by no means was the restaurant slammed. What did stand out was the number of people sitting at tables waiting on their orders(with number placards) but limited amount eating. After ordering, we sat at our table for ~30 minutes, during which time we only saw one or two to-go orders come out of the kitchen, and nothing to the dining room. Most of the employees in sight appeared to be just standing around looking bored while the screen with open tickets kept counting up. Several people went up to inquire or complain about the delay, and the answers to their complaints were non-specific and totally unapologetic. Certainly, the restaurant could have been having some sort of issue in the kitchen, but the total lack of awareness or concern by the staff in making any sort of headway was frustrating for everyone there. By the time(45 minutes later) our food came out, we were just about ready to throw in the towel. The food was below-average for Noodles, and disappointing in how hurriedly thrown together it looked. The chicken wasn’t ready and took another 15 minutes to be served with one of the dishes. One dish that included grilled mushrooms had only one mushroom in the entire bowl. When my wife went up to ask for more, the employee at the counter said«what, do you want me to remake it?» and then asked if she had ever ordered it with broccoli before. No apology, no sense in the questions, and no concern in getting the orders right. Portions were smaller than normal and it looked like they were trying to stretch their portions to get orders out faster… our kids never are able to finish a small bowl, usually take home leftovers, but both easily finished theirs. Very disappointing overall experience.
