My wife and I were so happy when a P.F. Chang’s opened in our area. Their service and foods always meets our expectations. Our usual favorites are the lettuce wraps(always crisp and fresh), dumplings(made and cooked perfectly) and their shrimp fried rice. We eat here as frequently as possible and enjoy earning points towards free entrees. Only down side is that they share a parking lot with the Cheesecake Factory, but there is ample parking in the area.

Beautiful ambiance and good service but the food was not that great. The food is a thousand times better at the location in the Galleria.

This place has become one of our favorites! A couple times a month we come here for a few drinks and early dinner. We chose to sit at the bar with 2 great bartenders Brittany and Alley who take spectacular care of us! We are always greeted by name and a smile along with, is it going to be a _______today? Depending on our mood our drink changes of course and the food is always excellent with a relaxing atmosphere! I give 5 stars because not one time have I left here disappointed. We are very satisfied customers and will continue to return for our monthly treat!

I’m not sure why I liked P.F. Chang’s in the past. Maybe it was because I had yet to taste all the non chain Asian restaurants in town. There are way better places to good Asian food. I’m thinking P.F. Chang’s has become too commercialized. The food I had here tonight literally tasted like the frozen stuff they sell at the grocery store now with their brand name. The restaurant itself is beautiful like all their other locations. The staff was very friendly. The food just doesn’t do it for me anymore. It is way overpriced for the quality of the food that is served. Panda Express across the street would have done the trick at a fraction of the price.

Not bad… Didn’t really exceed my expectations but I absolutely love the ambiance and atmosphere of PF’s. I’m super big on ambiance and atmosphere. This place gets super busy(especially the bar area) but it didn’t lower the service I received. The presentation of the food is excellent but the overall taste left much to be desired. However, I was sold on the ambiance so I may come back for drinks and intimate conversation with my boyfriend as a starter place but probably not for the food experience.

I love their options of gluten free items. I keep going back for that reason. Their servers was helpful and took care of my needs.

I’m torn with this review. Our service was pretty good, as were the won ton soup and spring rolls. However, our main courses left much to be desired. I had orange peel chicken. The sauce and the oranges were very tasty, but the chicken had no taste at all. My wife had kung pao chicken-same thing. How can the chicken not pick up the flavor of the sauce? The tiny dessert won tons were just fair. We had the two-dinners for-$ 45, and that was way too expensive for food with no flavor. Fairway Human has soup and spring rolls almost as good, plus the main courses are tasty, at about $ 20 less. I tried PF Chang’s and won’t be back.

Food is ok. This location is steadily feeling more and more dirty. Just not super clean. My plate today wasn’t clean and the last few times I’ve been here the tables are kinda sticky. Bathroom was icky. Also, waitstaff is horrible, but not that great. And why did PF Chang’s stop bringing the 3 sauces to the table. I keep having to ask for t. Annoying. This location isn’t up to par in all areas.

We tried it after being a Peiwei fan for years. Besides it being a good date venue I won’t rave about the food besides it being over priced. Bland. Liked the shrimp in the wonton soup though.

Came to this location for my birthday, was my first experience. The decorations/ambiance is lovely inside and the service is really good. The menu and food is really lack luster. 6 dinner guests did not enjoy their food. It was very expensive and I really don’t get the fuss/hype over pf’s.

Last time I came here I got the Orange beef and it was amazing! This trip I got the Orange chicken. Should have stuck with what I knew, Orange beef was far superior! The egg rolls were really good, as always.

Good food. Great ambience and great service. Try their coconut cooler. Apart from this it is really a good place with great food. Fried rice’s aren’t that great. Not pure chinese touch but more of americanized version.

Very disappointed with my lunch today. We got a gift card from a friend, so wanted to use it today since we will be in the area. Mind you my last PF Chang experience was really good(PF Chang in Dallas) Wife liked the dumpling soup and the pot stickers. The hot sour soup was too salty. The singapore noodles was too salty. The orange peel beef was horrible. The sechuan fish was ok only. The fried wonton choc dessert was ok only. — singapore noodles — it didnt taste like normal singapore noodles. Our server was good and brought out a new singapore noodles that was less salty… but still lacking the curry flavor — orange peel beef — this is the dish that i enjoyed most at my Dallas experience. Today’s order was soggy and just didnt taste good. I like the ones from pei wei better. All in all, i will not be back, and its a good thing i got the gift card.

My family and I came here for lunch on our way from Galveston to Dallas because we had a good experience at a different location on a family trip. I thought it was just mediocre last time, but this time was WAY worse. We got stuck with an overly talkative waiter who would not leave us alone to enjoy our food. We were surprised he didn’t just pull up a chair and sit with us! When he was clearing off our table he was talking with his hands and flinging food everywhere. Ew. The chicken lettuce wraps were tasteless, completely lacking any flavor. The sauce for them was bland too. I didn’t eat my hot & sour soup, but I was told it just tasted like hot sauce. Our food came out after a while, and it was lukewarm, why not just bring out the food when it’s ready? Even with the lunch prices, the cost is too high for the quality of food you get. Cool atmosphere, but you’re much better off going 3 minutes down the street to Pei Wei.

First time at PF Changs and I loved it. The place is great on the eyes; clean and very eye stimulating. The service was super sweet and did the job well, even helped with suggestions. We had the lettuce wrap as an appetizer which was delicious(eat it with your fingers!), I ordered the dry rub salmon(I can’t remember the exact name but it was grilled to perfection and so tasty! The spices were on point. My cousin had the pad Thai which was a big portion and also real tasty! Good job guys for all around greatness!

I really like Americanized Asian food… and I really like PF Chang’s. This location seems no different than any other location I’ve been to: it’s pretty much always crowded and the food is delicious. I love that you can get so many entrees to share and that you get to try so many things. I’ve really never had anything that I didn’t like at PF Chang’s. The service is great! The last time I ate at this location, our server even pointed out a way that we could save money and still order everything we wanted. That was really nice and really made an impression on me(and his tip)! The interior is very pretty, but parking at this particular location can be pretty chaotic and annoying(it’s right next to a very busy mall). PF Chang’s isn’t one of my favorite restaurants, but I’m also pleased when I do eat here.

I was so excited when P.F. Chang’s opened a location in the Friendswood area. I had only been to P.F. Changs once many years ago. I’m a big fan of Pei Wei so I was looking forward to trying it again. We went on Saturday, August 9. This was my belated birthday dinner with my family. I made reservations online. It couldn’t have been easier. I had to revise my reservations a couple of times because 2 more people were joining us. But it wasn’t a problem at all. I did it all online. We were seated as soon as we arrived. I guess that’s the whole point in making reservations right? :) I decided to go with 2 appetizers as my meal. The Vegetable Spring Rolls and Crispy Green Beans were PERFECTION. They were both golden brown and crispy. I loved the dipping sauce for the green beans also. Yum! I was too full after eating these starters so I didn’t order an entrée. I wanted to save room for dessert. It was my birthday dinner after all! :) They have an interesting variety of desserts. I couldn’t decide what to order. I wanted to try the Ginger Panna Cotta but the Sweet Vanilla Cream Wontons sounded very appetizing too. I asked our waiter what he recommended and he RAVED about the Banana Spring Rolls. So that’s what we ordered. But I didn’t love them. I really wanted to but for some reason, the bananas didn’t taste right. Maybe they weren’t ripe enough. I think they were too firm. My sister and I weren’t impressed. Now, the scoop of Coconut-Pineapple ice cream that was served with them was SPECTACULAR!!! We were all amazed by it! Our waiter was so sweet. He brought out an extra bowl of it so we could share. We didn’t even have to ask! He brought it out along with the Banana Spring Rolls. Because yes, it’s THAT good! Our server’s name was CJ. He was very friendly and gave us great service. No complaints there. He felt bad about us not loving the dessert since it was his suggestion, so he brought us a $ 10 off discount card for our next visit. That was so thoughtful of him! We weren’t able to get the dessert taken off our ticket because it was part of the P.F. Chang’s For Two special. But we all really liked CJ. He was awesome! I will definitely be back. My 10 year old niece didn’t want to try the Crispy Green Beans but she reluctantly did… And she LOVED them! They are worth coming back for. I highly recommend this place and our server CJ. I would suggest making reservations though because it gets very crowded on the weekends. And parking can be a challenge near Baybrook Mall.

There are 2 reasons this restaurant even receives 2 stars from me: 1) They has slightly better décor than other restaurants in Clear Lake and 2) They sell bottles of Silver Oak(although Alexander Valley) for only $ 78! It’s even $ 60 at Spec’s haha. I would totally come here to grab a brew or pop open a bottle of 2009 Silver Oak, but will never dine here again. Highway robbery. It’s 4x the price for mediocre Chinese food…

Many moons ago, when I lived in Big D & worked in Corporate America, this was the must do lunch place, and it got old … fast! So when they opened one outside of Baybrook Mall, I wasn’t in a mad rush to go there. However, I was treated to birthday lunch here, so how could I say no? For starters, we ordered Chang’s Chicken Noodle Soup. I have to admit, I’m not a mega fan of soup(because it’s generally too salty for me), but this was delish! Spicy and warm … PERFECT because it was cold outside that day! For my entrée, I ordered the Asian Grilled Norwegian Salmon. It comes with asparagus and rice. Nothing really special. I mean, it tasted ok but there really wasn’t much in the way of seasoning on it(even though the menu states it’s «dry rubbed with spices»). Since I was celebrating my birthday, I got the Black Tea Gimlet … OMG this was so fab! And what I liked was that I wasn’t mega buzzed because it was lunch time after all! They also brought me a piece of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch cake to celebrate my birthday. This, too, was super yummy but it was so RICH! I kind of regretted eating it afterward … ok, not really! Overall, this was a nice dining experience and I will be back … eventually … because the hubs hates this place. LOL!

The start of my visit here really set the tone for an awkward meal. I walked in with my party and was not greeted by the TWO hostesses that were clearly too busy say hello. About two extremely awkward minutes later the younger hostess said«we’ll be with you in just a moment». Mind you it was not busy in the day it was 4 on a Thursday. Then after almost 5 minutes she directed a very uncomfortable gentlemen to seat us. He was not very well trained and walked us right to one of the only other tables in the restaurant with people sitting there. He told us blankly«it’s already taken». So why not sit us near that table no we all had to walk back to the hostesses station to watch him get corrected in how the tables are numbers. The hostess was rude to him and made me feel bad for him with the way she was talking to him. Very unprofessional! Our waitress was nice and very attentive. She was training a new girl and that became a bit annoying especially when there were 5 yes FIVE waitresses comparing what they did and didn’t like directly and I mean right in front of my table. Any of the 5 could have grabbed a drink to refill it they were so close. It must have been new hire week but they needed to be behind doors and not at my table talking like this. The food was alright nothing great and nothing horrible. Predictable. I will try this place again in a few months after they have worked out their kinks. It doesn’t make for a nice dinner being the new persons guinea pig.
