Extremely unorganized and overpriced! First no matter what number you call you get a call center in St. Louis, MO. Second, when you make an appointment they don’t give you all the info you need in order for a successful appointment. Third, if you accidentally miss your appointment there is no follow up to find out why or attempt to reschedule. They obviously don’t want business. I can see why they are 2.5 x’s more expensive than the other guys in Houston. Not to mention they divide the body more so they can charge more. Do research and skip this unfriendly ripoff.

Prepare yourself ladies, the laser packages here are NOT cheap! I had been going elsewhere for laser, so I was not unfamiliar with the procedure whatsoever, but the price is a real shocker compared to where I had been going.
They do a complete consultation and will try to sell you on the packages. I honestly did not feel I needed 5 sessions plus 4 touch up since I had been going elsewhere, so I opted to pay per session.
I’m happy to report that after 2 treatments, I really don’t think I need more, as this laser works really well!
I’m also going in to get some filler on my laugh lines. Stand by for an updated review!

Very professional and courteous staff, are always friendly and accommodating. It’s definitely pricey when compared to other places, but the results are well worth the money! I highly recommend Ideal Image and I have enjoyed coming to this location.

I had been considering laser hair removal for a while but was iffy about it due to the drawn out process. It can also be rather pricey. After contemplating whether or not to go through with the procedure for a few months, I finally decided to set up a consultation. I simply logged on to the website, filled out the form, and within no time someone from ideal image had e-mailed me to confirm a date and time. On the day of my appointment I met with someone named Alex. She was just fabulous! She explained the procedure and pricing and even set me up for my first treatment that day. They even give you a ton of full size products on your first visit! If you’re considering laser hair removal, I definitely suggest that you check out ideal image in Webster.
