It’s a typical sports bar with typical pub fare. The pizzas are the only thing on the menu I would go back and eat. They cook them in a stone oven fresh to order which is great and they are flavorful. Beer and drink specials are abound here and the staff is polite. The bar is large and spacious, if you go sit in the bar area. The table and main dining room would not be my first choice. Go here for the watching of a game and the drink specials not the food or the atmosphere in the dining room.

This is your sports bar for sure! I came here with a big group and was very happy with the drink specials. They had great deals on tap and well drinks. I didn’t believe people about how good the wings are but they really are all they were talked up to be! The pizza was also good. It has a sports bar feel but there were families there as well! Nice mix I would go again!

I came here for a business lunch and I was not impressed. The décor is nice and it seems like a good place for groups. That’s the only positive I can give. We were there around 11:30 — 11:45am and the place was pretty slow for almost lunch time. Our waiter was extremely slow at taking our order and it took a good 30 minutes before our food arrived… did I mention the place was slow? My burger was bland and not at all the medium well I had requested. My friends burger was also on the bland side(how is their inferno burger bland?) and their burger was over done. Fries were meh. Service was terrible. We asked for a side of ranch and 15 mins later we received it. Seriously not impressed with this place. I will never be back

I do not consider this my favorite restaurant. However, it seems that when I am looking to go out to eat I always end up settling on this place. I am a huge pizza fan and for some reason keep ending up here for pizza! I just ordered the simple pepperoni pizza and am always satisfied. I also recommend the Buffalo chicken mac & cheese and the juicy Lucy. this place is a bar and Grill, more than a grill and bar, so expect some noise from the TVs, music and the other patrons. They have great happy hour specials and great late night food specials as well. Being a bar and Grill, it is not my «go to» place for a healthy meal!

If your in the area and looking for somewhere to watch(but not necessarily hear) a televised major sporting event then this should work for you. At the bar the service from the bartenders was efficient and attentive. A fair selection of beers(about eighteen varieties) on tap and the the rest of most folk’s choices available in bottles. The place is divided in two to the left of the greeting station is the restaurant(think pub tavern type fare) some tables and mostly booths. To the right is the larger and more open sports bar area, with stools and stand up/counter height tables, a long bar with seating and more than dozen larger TVs playing a selection of sports. When I was here the music permeated the hustle and bustle making conversations a mild shouting contest. At times the mix moved briskly through a random scattering from the 80’s-90’s-00’s with a rock-pop focus. A curious contrast to the restrooms which aired a different 70’s rock music track.

I WASGLUTENED. The worst words you want to hear if you are gluten-free. Unlike most restaurants in Webster, Hooligans does not have a «real» gf menu. They have a typed up list of items that they think are gluten free. Well, as I discovered, this list is incorrect. Their burgers(without the roll) are NOT gf. I am paying severely now for the next few days for choosing to eat there. If you’re gf– don’t take the chance! And Hooligans, get with the program. The only thing I would recommend Hooligans for is having some drinks with friends at the bar.
